Luckily got the wash on offer at £5 for the top ceramic wash usually £19. The machine missed a fair bit of the car. Quite a few dirty parts still after I went through. Certainly wouldn’t pay £19 for that job

Staff - Always polite and efficient.
I like the use of the app and rewards system. I also like the reduced price for bundles.
The pricing shown on the app and location need to be the same. If the prices shown at the location refer to bundles, then this needs to be made clearer. Also prices for the bundles shown in the app, should also be shown in the location.
Generally, the car gets cleaned very well. I found that my windscreen wasn’t left spotless as it normally does, and there wasn’t any sticky or different residue. It would be good to know that if you’re not satisfied with a clean, then this can be challlenged.

Purchased online, was refused a wash because my car had a spoiler. No mention of it in the warning sentence on the wash choice sign.

I paid for the top wash ceramic xtr
I paid for the top wash, ceramic xtr and tbh I wasn't impressed, I still found myself cleaning the bits it had missed, and a day later after driving only 2 miles in dry conditions, its filthy certainly didn't repel dirt and grime for me.
Very disappointed, i get a better shine and finish by washing it myself at home.

I purchased an eco wash before going to the car wash, once I got to the car wash the Eco wash and Eco wash plus were not working! Therefore I had to purchase an additional wash.
