It’s a car wash, the staff at the branch I used were friendly. Could be cheaper, but then, it’s a (largely) automated car wash and hopefully better maintained than a standard petrol station one.

Was not open when it should have been.
Purchased a wash to get my sports car cleaned whilst it was dry weather before I cover it for the winter but when I went to my local car wash, it was closed. The weather has been bad since so I've not been able to cover it as planned.

Drying part of wash not working but staff knew about it but failed to inform me before I paid then and when I asked for them to dry the car they gave me attitude - been a customer for 10 years with 4 cars in the family so now we are going elsewhere BYE

Torquay.
I have recently used the Torquay car wash. The guy stayed on his phone in plain view of me for at least a minute, he then approached the car, no smile no hello and no thank you after scanning my app. Appalling customer service. The car wash itself was as it always is, it does the job it’s suppose to do. I won’t return though because of the ignorant staff they have working there.

Does a fair job in such a Short Time
Does a fair job in such a Short Time; But the Amount of "Water Marks" is disappointing & difficult to remove when dry because of Gloss Coat, so Dry car myself after 3-4 mins.
Blowers lacking power? Or shape of my car? Staff friendly enough.
