IMO Car Wash Reviews 

The car wash attended did not seem right as there was very little water and the wash was too quick not removing stains or marks, although I had gone for Ceramic wash. Horrible experience

One of the rollers wasn’t working. The car got dragged through the car wash as it was not directed onto the rail properly. Wouldn’t have bothered with a review but they immediately spammed my email with this rubbish.

The place stank of stagnant water, the rollers were filthy and covered in pink bacteria, some of the rollers didn’t move (up or down) or work the way they were meant to. It is a shame because it used to be great, however it seems the current operators just run it into the ground, don’t refill the detergents and if something breaks they just remove it, all while putting the prices up.

Bought a car wash via the app. Pulled into car wash then it broke down and I had to reverse out. Not something you could have changed as the machine broke but inconvenienced me as I had to drive to a neighbouring town to get the car washed!

Very efficient and friendly service. I bought the wrong service and the attendant was very helpful sorting it out. Highly recommended.

Good car wash made a change that it did not stop half way through for a change so happy with the outcome

Quick and easy paid for ultra hd wash via the app.
Nice and easy to get to.
Came out still have stuff, bird poop on front of car and streaks on the window.

Really quick and efficient. They guy there was friendly and talked me through how the automated car wash pulls you through, as I'd never visited one like this before.
The car looked great. The machine can't get every detail but what with a hosepipe ban this seemed the most efficient method.

Convenient self service, fair price

Used to be better. Attending staff are inconsistent with what they’ll clean before the car enters, a number of jets on various parts aren’t pointed in the right direction and the drying process is rushed.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. My car was extremely dirty as it had been parked up for a bit and was covered in lots of dust and bugs etc. My car came out the car wash looking great. Very happy.

Excellent finish from both the triple foam wash and ultra hd washes leaving my car looking brand new again!,..👍💙😉

Think I’m going to move to another car wash. I get drawn in with the app or email offer thinking I’ll benefit from being a regular customer but when I show my email offer to staff there always seems to be an issue. I just paid £12 for a car wash, they seemed to rush my initial hand wash clean and there are still dead flies on my windscreen afterwards.

They don't really wash your wheels that well they mostly rely on the machine to wash the car leaving your car with patches of dirt

A reasonable price for economy plus wash. Just what my car needed. Helpful attendant for my first visit.

Ok value for money but consistently have steaks on water marks after was. Also on last was noticed the effect these car washes are having on my paint work.
Will be investing in a cleaning kit and doing myself moving forward. Classic case of get what you pay for.
