Easy and straight forward car wash
Quite easy and straight forward experience.
Most of the staff are great except the boss female does not come across friendly and was annoyed at me when my automatic hand break came on accidentally.

Visited IMO car wash Coatbridge for the ceramic HTR wash yet again was impressed with the wash and the staff are very friendly. Well worth the £5 car wash that ends today.

A great quick was facility, a pre hand wash of wheels and grubby bits ensures the machine wash get all areas. Good choice of finish wax etc... friendly staff and can pay by card or app or qr code scan on site

Misty water spray at Leagrave Rd site. Always set on lowest water dispensing setting. Houghton Regis site water spray is good and normal as you would expect.

I was told to hurry up when paying by the Qr code. Was then told that it’s my car and I should know how release the automatic handbrake so he climb through the window and turned it off himself.

The car was clean but not completely…
The car was clean but not completely dry which resulted in white 'spots' appearing across the car which then needed rubbing off. Also, there was a scratch on the roof that I am pretty sure wasn't there before which required t cutting out.

Come here every month or so and they usually do a great job, but this time left 2 of my alloys really dirty. Just a bit disappointed as I come out of my way to come here and my car is usually gleaming.

Liked the prepay via card
Liked the prepay via card, however the wash did leave some water marks. Rain guard was good as you could see all the beading from it. Did feel at the end the track was pushing too much towards the blower which I felt was going to crack my windscreen it was that close. Overall an ok wash .
