Well overall I think is a good product how ever it hasn't worked on the 2 devices I have tried it on one is due too YouTube app needs update and I can't recall what the other issue was

I ve got it for screen lock release
I ve got it for screen lock release, what they do is the same action as itunes does. Deleted all stuff , so not releasing screen lock , its just resetting which is free on apple.

However, I’m very sorry to let you know that removing the screen lock on an iPhone indeed requires resetting the device, and this process will erase all data stored on it. Unfortunately, there’s currently no way to bypass or unlock the screen without data loss — this is a security measure set by Apple to protect user privacy.
If you have a backup (via iTunes, iCloud, or another service), you can restore your data after unlocking. But if no backup is available, the data cannot be recovered once the reset is completed.
We truly understand how frustrating this can be, and we appreciate your understanding of these technical and security limitations.

Your customer service is horrible. I tried to communicate but all I got was a ticket number that was useless because nobody responded. Your phone number was a joke. Always "busy". Finlly got a person to respond so that I could cancel my subscription.

I purchased the one year software pack, beleiving the desciption that it would restore the iphone. It didnt. I got a message "your device is not supported by bypass iCloud Activation Lock."
So the iphone is dead.

Poor description of version requirements
The YouTube videos said this software could help you open your locked screen without the password. I paid for the software and downloaded it. When the download was complete it gave instructions on the next step, but it was extremely confusing to find where to go next. Somewhere after downloaded 2 to 3 times I got to the right place and asked what kind of phone I had because the recovery only works on old phones. It then recommended me to do a factory reset, which I didn't need the software to do a reset. Very disappointing, if they had the information on the phones it actually works for I wouldn't have wasted my time and money. I cannot recommend this product.

Even for me the purchase and installation was straightforward and simple. The product I purchased (AnyTrans) was not suitable for purchase which was entirely my fault as I am technically unsophisticated. I mentally wrote the matter off.
After 10 days I received a follow up email from iMobie seeking feedback and offering support to which I responded in detail outlining my problems. The response was very quick and sympathetic. Clearly they had read and understood my issues. They pointed out their product would not address the problems and offered a full refund which they delivered on immediately.
An absolute pleasure to deal with a company so committed to customer service and their company’s ethos. I could not recommend them more highly

Love this product
Firstly, I am a Sr. Citizen in her 8th decade. Technology and I are not friends. From the first time I used this I was sold. Yes, I did struggle, but that was not the software, but my plodding along and perhaps not totally understanding how to make it function.
Yes, I tried the Apple backup and was totally overwhelmed, thus I started looking for something that was more user friendly. AnyTrans by iMobie was just what I needed. It makes transferring so simple and I only use it for offloading photos from my iPhone to my PC. There are more functions than what I use, but have not tried them.
It has been installed on my laptop for just about 2 years and any I have had a problem Customer Service has been timely... mostly the next day. Their responses to me have always been polite, thorough, and not condescending.
I couldn't be happier with this them and a shout out to Jay for his generous help.
