Website is buggy and although I've payed 2 subscriptions, or as they call "contracts" it still asks me to pay more. Can't have an updates Schufa without paying more. The moment I needed documents, I had to pay more in order to get a digital PDF and updated document, that was basically all I needed and Immoscout didn't manage to give me this service after all the money I payed. Doesn't offer English language. Navigation in the main sections is very confusing. They can't quit your contract unless every 3, 6 or 12 months, the most expensive of them having a minimum lenght of 6 months, be aware. WohnenPlus S 12 (monatlich) is actually not possible to cancel before 6 month. Copying the website in my contract review area: Mindestlaufzeit: 12 Monate. Minimum duration 12 months, So Immoscout, please don't lie in the answer to this review please!!!!!
cit the support team: "When you made your booking on 13.10.2025, you opted for a Plus membership with a fixed minimum contract term. Early termination is therefore not possible" so you will end up paying so so much. You can terminate earlier only if you can demonstrate you are jobless. It's a waste of money and time. I didn't find my house here, by the way. It's only of for very short rentals or super expensive occasions.

I have edited this review after their answer: it is not true that a person can terminate the contract monthly. I have already asked the support team and they told me so. So the contract will last many months and you can't quit. It can be a good service but way way way way too expensive. It makes me never want to go back as a woman with a good career in Berlin. It is better if you use it without subscription because they will steal your money without giving anything in return.

I obtained a Schufa report from them, and they granted me a premium subscription that cost the same as my Schufa report. I didn’t notice any difference at first. Additionally, I contacted their customer service, but they didn't offer any assistance. It’s confusing how someone can have a premium subscription without actually having an account with them.

The worst place to search for a home and terrible service, too expensive and I have cancelled it on my PayPal, then they send me an invoice to pay 30 EUR for the terrible service that were not being used at all

When you paid for the SCHUFA check, ImmobilienScout24 usually:
• Bundles it with Suchen+ Miete
• Or pre-selects the subscription during checkout
• The first month often looks like a one-off payment, but it converts into a subscription

So even if you intended to pay only once, the system treats it as an ongoing plan unless you cancel.

Hardly any responses( I have written about 20 applications and only received 3 responses). The apartments just get deleted with no further information. Paying for the app hasn't been any help at all.

Horrible app and service. Overly priced and an absolute monopoly abusing your market positioning. In addition, you make zero effort to swift out fradulent request and have no accountability for response rates.

I purchased a Schufa report from their website ONCE. I was charged twice.

I don't know what Immoscount24 thinks they can charge me twice for ONE REPORT. I have written a letter asking them to return the second charge, but what kind of crap system do they have where they are charging people twice for one item?!

Bad value for money.

You need to be filthy rich and can't use the online chat. Felt ripped by this service. Also there's no option to have it english so yeah just a poor service aiming on stealing money from tenants.

I would like to tell the international community to steer clear of this app. They barely protect their customers from scammers and are not helpful at all in solving any issues. I have only had negative experiences with them.

I signed my contract with ImmoScout24 in December 2025. Within a short period of time, I received many offers for rental apartments in Berlin. There were several opportunities to view apartments, and unfortunately all of them were rejected.
Finally, on January 20, I signed the final rental agreement for an apartment.
I would like to say thank you to ImmoScout24 for their help and support throughout this process. Without them, it would not have been possible at all. Many thanks for such a pleasant and professional experience.

UPDATE. If anyone has similar experiences, it may be useful file a complaint with the competent authority in Germany: dsc.bund.de
This can be particularly relevant in cases involving a lack of transparency and unclear consent.
I recommend carefully documenting all communication and evidence.

The company does not use transparent or fair business practices.
If you need a SCHUFA report, you may additionally receive invoices for services you did not use and did not objectively need.
There is also a practice of issuing duplicate invoices for the same service.
When you request evidence, the company simply claims that “you did everything yourself” and does not provide any system logs or proof, only additional invoices.
The new invoices appear erroneous and seem to have been generated only recently.
Customer support is extremely poor and repeatedly sends the same copied response while ignoring requests for evidence. After that, they mention some collection procedures, which doesn’t sound very friendly.
I definitely do not recommend this company.

my girlfriend wanted a Schufa and they took her money twice.

after one month she found out it's an abonnament and not a one time pay, run from these thieves

there s no way to get in touch with them either, just go to the schufa website and get it done for 5€

Bad experience with the team and with appartement search. I would not recommend.

Over one year now. I have been struggling to get an apartment. But still till now I never get anyone. know any appointment have been sent to me and I have subscribed to the page also And I'm still searching till now.

I have got immoscout24 app for almost one year. I have been writing to different agents of this company in this app so many times for an apartment.
At the beginning they did answer by saying that:" we are sorry but the apartment has been given to other costumers".
I have been writing them again for more than a month for apartments in or near Dortmund and they did NOT write me back whatsoever. Complete silence!
Maybe because I don't speak German.
Completely disappointed! I am thinking of deleting this app from my phone just like immowelt app.

Predatory automatic enrollment into a 6 month contract. They themselves cut communications between a potential tenant and owner, then use tactics that would make Adobe blush.
