First I would like to say Thanks to Lawrence youssefian and Zoe Bantleman who dealt with my case with full devotion and hard work. They were really professionals and have extraordinary know how related to all immigration matters . Words can't describe how happy and relieved me and my wife were, when Ms Alexandra Pease, called us and told us the good news. We were both crying. Tears of joy. The news that we have been waiting for years, trying different solicitors till we made the right choice, when it really matters. My application for a 7 years old child born in UK was refused and I had right to appeal. I was shocked and speechless, on how the best interests of my child is that he should return back with his parents country of origin. Not to mention I did submit an Independent Social worker report as well. I then did some research online and booked an appointment with Ms Alexandra Pease. Undoubtedly the best immigration firm in London. My case was dealt by Dr Catherine Taroni who is a senior phd barrister at Richmond chambers. She knows all the immigration laws by heart and she is very knowledgeable and experienced personnel. I got ILR in no time all thanks to her and Richmond chambers. They are the best. I came to Richmond Chambers exactly one year ago. This time last year in January 2018 I had recieved a very unfair refusal from home office which was also certified(right to appeal decision only from outside Uk). I was hopeless, upset when I approached Richmond Chambers. I met with Dr Taroni who met me for consultation and immediately told me there was no need to worry. With use of legal case laws and her legal knowledge she designed a plan for us to tackle my problem. We went through many legal steps to finally get incountry appeal right. As I write, I have just come out from court hearing of my appeal with a positive outcome that took less than 20minutes for the judge to conclude.
