Out for delivery bollocks....

Received an email stating that my package was out for delivery on Saturday morning. Waited around all day for the delivery but it never happened. Why send an email saying out for delivery when they know their contract drivers will take their jolly time to deliver? Absurd.

Lowest form of customer service

This is the worst delivery service by a mile, it deserves a negative score it's so shit. Dishonest delivery staff mark packages as signed for and they also throw them over my 6ft 4 fence. Would like to toss them over the fence and see what breaks. A pack of low life idiots, how does Australia allow this company to operate here!?

Package sitting at airport for 5 days

Package has been sitting at the airport for 5 days now and it has only been collected by them today. It’s the weekend tomorrow so I doubt they would deliver so I would have to wait until Monday to get my package when I could have gotten it a few days ago if they were as half competent as other courier services.

I am being generous giving one star.

I am being generous giving one star. After waiting for 6 weeks for package delivery and the occasional sporadic notification that delivery wasn't possible, I eventually arranged to go to their "office" to pick up in person. The "office" is hard to find and is in a jumble of buildings just off the Yellowhead freeway and 82nd Street in Edmonton. The "office" is not what one would expect from a professional receiving and delivery service. There are 5 small rooms, and there are hundreds of packages literally thrown into large, partially broken-down cardboard boxes. There was one person who sorted through the packages at random trying to find my delivery number and miracle of miracles eventually found it.
Had I not gone to claim the package personally, I likely never would have received it.
The "office" is a mess - dirty, chaotic and no real organization - it appears that they operate on "a hope an a prayer" and probably hope that they don't get visited by any regulatory body, as they would likely be quickly shut down. There were 3 staff members present - I'm not sure about any delivery staff as there were none in evidence.
So, overall I would NOT RECOMMEND this service and if you are unfortunate enough to end up in their service silo, I wish you good luck.

Horrible

Horrible! They have no communication with their customers, no logistics updates, nothing. Its like flying a plane without a pilot and hoping for the best. Packages get dropped off without notice, until hours later you receive a notification, absolutely horrid.

Most useless courier's I've EVER HAD TO…

Most useless courier's I've EVER HAD TO ENDURE in 40 years of business. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, drivers who can't read English or find the delivery address clearly stated, take it back to depot and cannot get recovery even though they say being delivered. This parcel has been in the Brisbane depot ready for delivery for longer than it took to get from USA to Brisbane depot... wtf uses these idiots

Package Marked Delivered but Not Received

There is no option to give a negative review, so I am selecting 1 star. My package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I was at home at the time—no doorbell rang and I received no call from the courier. Despite this, the order was marked as delivered. This is completely unbelievable.

The Worst Company to deal with

The Worst Company to deal with. 12 months ago we had a $900 box where they said that no one was home and leaving the Package was unsafe. Truth is it was a Business Address with a Showroom open 12 hours a day and with 6 car parks available at any time right next to the road so the Driver was too lazy to drive in and drop the package off. After Phoning them and also backing that up with multiple emails they emailed and said it was being returned to china. Supplier refused to refund the money as they never recieved any information from iMile and honestly said it happens all the time where they never receive the goods back. This week I have 4 new packages and 1 was delivered the other 3 returned to sender because no one was home ( again Business open 12 hours a day 7 days a week )

BEWARE ... Theives as they keep the packages them selves and never return them

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. They never even attempted to deliver the parcel and simply sent it back to the seller. This caused a complete waste of time and money. I strongly recommend that Temu and other vendors stop using this company to handle deliveries, it’s unreliable and incredibly frustrating.

After reading some negative reviews

After reading some negative reviews, I was quite worried about receiving a package from this courier. However, I must say that everything went very well: very fast shipping and delivery, accurate tracking, and intact packaging.

Honestly the worst courier experience…

Honestly the worst courier experience I’ve had in a long time. They couldn’t even deliver a parcel to an Australia Post shop which every other courier manages without drama. I use PO Box Plus which accepts all couriers, it’s literally their job to walk inside and hand it over. Instead they just marked it as failed and disappeared.

Their customer service is a joke. You get stuck talking to some ancient “AI” bot that can’t answer anything and no actual human ever replies. I’ve been waiting endlessly with zero updates. If a company wants to pretend they use technology at least make sure it works.

Really disappointed and I’d avoid them if you actually want your parcel to arrive.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service.

Package was marked as “failed delivery” to my parcel locker twice. Excuse was it was outside business hours. But when I finally contacted several days later I was told that they are unable to use parcel lockers as they don’t work with Australia Post.

I changed the address and scheduled it for a specific day. The parcel was handed over to the delivery driver who held onto the package overnight.

I contacted the scheduled day and was told it would be 1-3 business days and that scheduling delivery only was scheduling for the package to go out. So the delivery driver just keeps my package for several days until they decide to send it.

On top of that I asked to contact the driver to get it delivered that day as I had specifically changed plans to collect it. But there’s no way of contacting delivery drivers so essentially my package is just out with some person they cannot contact and is missing until they choose to deliver it whenever they feel like.

Very very cranky. No parcel at my home - delivery rang to ask if he could leave it at the door but the call was from a Sydney number and I am 2 hours north of Sydney. A complete scam!!! So disappointed !!!

Extremely Poor Service

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, despite clear photographic evidence proving this. I am Unit 2, which is located up a driveway and is a separate dwelling. The courier delivered the parcel to Unit 1, a different residence that faces the road.
The courier’s own photos clearly show: The Unit 1 letterbox/The front door of Unit 1 where the parcel was left/The parcel label clearly displaying Unit 2 as the delivery address. Despite this, iMile has twice responded that the parcel was delivered to the “correct address” and according to their SOPs. They then stated the parcel was “lost due to being left unattended,” which is an absurd conclusion given it was left at the wrong property altogether.
This company has refused to take any responsibility despite indisputable evidence from their own driver. I have now blocked iMile from being used by the retailer I purchased from, as I will not risk losing parcels due to poor service and accountability.
If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give.
