I’d like to summarize my thoughts about Imagine Art.
I really like this platform — I spend almost half of my day here. I’m also very happy to be a CPP member.
Overall, this platform has become my number one assistant in all aspects of my work. The Nano Banana 2 model performs exceptionally well, producing highly detailed and sharp 4K images. Especially when working on educational content about children, I don’t face any difficulties. On other platforms, this topic can often be limited, but here everything works smoothly and without restrictions.
Other than that, I don’t experience any issues. The platform is powerful, smooth, and very user-friendly overall.

The tool is fine actually but its internal paranoia make this a tool only good for G or PG rated content. I created an image of a woman in a tshirt and jeans using ImagineArt, and then it flagged the image THAT THEY MADE as suspicious so I couldn't create variations of this woman standing at different angle etc. So if you want to make videos or images of cats it's great but if you dare make anything with actual people, be prepared to be BLOCKED

No refunds. Terrible company.
They place upgrade buttons throughout the platform, but if you’re on a monthly plan and click “upgrade,” they show a new monthly price while disclosing—only in very small, gray-on-black text—that the charge will be billed annually and paid upfront. Trying to get a refund is extremely difficult. They require you to schedule a Zoom call with one of their team members, which I did. Clearly a team of guys somewhere in India or some other asian/middle eastern country. Nothing agains people from those countries but clearly not a western company that upholds a certain sense of fairness, pride and customer satisfaction. The experience felt impersonal and frustrating, and it did not reflect the level of transparency or customer care you would expect. I ended up upgrading my plan without realizing I would be charged $1,200 immediately. As mentioned, I attempted to request a refund but was unsuccessful. I then disputed the charge through Amex, but the dispute was denied after the company provided their refund policy.
