The product (only used once so far) is nice. My only gripe so far was there is no timely communication with the company. I ordered two scooters and one came with a non working charger. I reached out to their customer service which says will respond within 24 hours twice now and no response yet. I just wanted a replacement charger.

Desidero far conoscere la mia PESSIMA esperienza con Machwheel.
Ho comprato una bici elettrica Macwheel a febbraio (!!!) su Amazon.
La bici non ha MAI funzionato.
Ho chiesto più volte la sostituzione, in garanzia, del prodotto.
Prima mi sono state chieste foto, poi filmati ma di concreto nulla.
Alla fine semplicemente non mi hanno più risposto, nè ai contatti tramite Amazon nè ai contatti di email dirette.
Ormai è quasi un anno che ho questa bici e non ho mai potuto usarla.
Sono davvero allibito da questa situazione.
Pensavo che Macwheel fosse un marchio che desse garanzia. Invece no.

Ovviamente cercherò di far conoscere la mia storia il più possibile in modo che non possa capitare ad altri sfortunati come me di pagare più di 1.000 € per NULLA!!!

I want to share my BAD experience with Machwheel.
I bought a Macwheel electric bike in February (!!!) on Amazon.
The bike has NEVER worked.
I have asked for the replacement of the product under warranty several times.
First, I was asked for photos, then videos but nothing actually happened.
In the end, they just didn't answer me anymore, neither to contacts via Amazon nor to direct email contacts.
I have had this bike for almost a year now and have never been able to use it.
I am really appalled by this situation.
I thought Macwheel was a guarantee brand. But no.

Obviously I will try to make my story known as much as possible so that it cannot happen to other unfortunates like me to pay more than € 1,000 for NOTHING !!!

I'm very pleased with my Macwheel e-bike. I've had it for a couple of months and I used it to commute to my mid-town office. It is just a commuter bike but it's perfect for that. My ride to work is 25 mins through the streets of NYC. I put the charger in my front bag and charge while I work. I would say the bike is powerful and good-looking. I'm a senior citizen and I have been enjoying every ride. An e-bike like this makes my life easier.

I agree with the other guy. Complete waste of your time dealing with them. Such wonderful customer service!!!!!!!! Absolute garbage scooter. I needed a new controller, I ordered the only one online I could find for the MX3. Of course, didn't match. I notify these clowns about the problem, what's they're comeback? "Find it on Amazon and order it." Genius! Why didn't I think of that?!?

DO NOT BUY!!!!

This scooter it’s absolutely not a good scooter.
Same for the company and their customer service. As you can see from my video , the scooter is not longer working and I needed to change the breaks at the back because it broke 3 times so far.

After 3 weeks speaking with customer service, they told me that they can apply for a new one to be deliver in my house. This never happened and they have just stop answering me.
I bought the scooter in may and I only used it to go to work that it’s 4 km from my house.

I suggest you to do not buy this scooter
