I was recommended IMAB and Carol by a friend. My experience could not have been better, Carol talked me through the house buying process, which I found especially reassuring as a first time buyer. Would definitely recommend to anyone buying a house and feeling overwhelmed about the paperwork, IMAB have made it a super smooth process!

Customer Service was absolutely amazing, best we have experienced so far (and we have dealt with a lot mortgage advisors!) Great engagement since the start and updated throughout the whole process. Can’t believe how quickly it took to get our mortgage offer!

I appointed Sharfique Hussain as my Mortgage Broker. After an initial consultation he was able to quickly understand my situation and was able to provide me with a decision in principle from the lender giving me the best deal.

After my offer for a property was accepted, Sharfique didn’t waste any time in getting my application submitted. Once I provided him with the requested documents (payslips, bank statements, proof of identity etc.) he was able to complete my application in less then a day.

There were some stumbling blocks in my documents, but he remained calm and was able to offer me quick solutions. Sharfique has great attention to detail and was able to pick up on things that I otherwise would have missed if doing the application myself. As a first time buyer, I had a number of questions and concerns and he was able to answer them all putting me at ease.

After submitting, my mortgage application was accepted within 2 days. I believe this is a testament to Sharfique’s experience as a Mortgage Broker and the great knowledge he has of the of the role. I would highly recommend Sharfique as a mortgage broker to anyone looking to buy a property. His service is on point.

This is the third time we have used IMAB (Chris) for our mortgage needs and once again they have helped and advised us greatly. We managed to secure a good rate, even in the current climate and Chris was in communication with us throughout to ensure we were getting the best possible rate.

Super helpful and friendly staff

We previously used Dan when purchasing our flat in 2019, and have recently used him again for our new purchase. Dan is super helpful and super quick. We fully trust Dan and we’re very glad with how patient he is in answering all of our questions. Whilst I really don’t want to move again anytime soon, I know that if we do move we will use Dan again for sure! I cannot recommend him enough!

Great service! Found me the best mortgage deal in the market for my circumstances. Constant communication with the mortgage advisor by email or phone. Daniel has been very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend it and will be using it again when my fix rate comes to the end.

There are advisers and then there’s Dan. He has all the tools to do the job. Always happy with everything he does. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

It's becoming increasingly harder to find good value for money and good service, however, with Adrian from IMAB you get both. Adrian is a gentleman and offers a first class service. He knows what he's taking about and doing and ultimately got me the best deal.

Both Adrian and Jane are very quick to respond to emails and missed phone calls.

I had a few items I wanted clarification on, I pinged Adrian an email on a Saturday thinking I would hear back from him on the Monday. The guy called me on the Saturday even though he wasn't working.

Not many people offer a service like that nowadays. Top bloke, top service, top company.

Chris was really pro active in setting up our appointment which was so important given the rates situation.
Our meeting was quick and efficient and Chris was really prepared with our info already to hand.
He worked really quickly to ensure we provided our info quickly and he made the application before the better rate was pulled.
His team then chased daily and we now have our offer at 5.09% compared to over 6% which is we’re we would have landed without Chris’s support.
He also ensured we had an insurance update meeting which turned out to be crucial as my job change meant I had a lot less cover.
