I bought my kids the arabic alphabet Flashcards and the let's learn alif baa taa arabic soundbook for Eid last year. The products stopped working after a few weeks. They ignore your emails, comments for any customer support which I think it's absolutely terrible because it seems like these a common and known faults and the company chooses to continue selling sub par goods for high prices just because you can't find products like this anywhere else. The company should be ashamed of themselves for selling products they know are of poor quality.

My mother purchased a watch from their website for my son. After 2-3 days the £50 (yes £50!) watch stopped working. They never replied to any emails until my wife responded to one of their marketing emails from a different email address. I’ve been using tech since I was 9 (I’m now almost 40) and this watch is not worth anywhere near £50! As Muslim’s I don’t know how you can justify that price for some cheap quality rubbish. Would be okay if customer service didn’t ignore and then finally fob you off.
