CCJ against Barry Haigh and ILS AUTOMOTIVE. Avoid.

Barry took my deposit and promised a 4-6 weeks lead time. Over 4 months later the car wasn't ready. Only ordered the parts after 3 months of waiting. I asked for my deposit back or an exact date the car would be ready. He stated 'I don't work like this!' He said he would give me the deposit back once the car was resold. Advertised for £2k more and kept the deposit. A CCJ is now against him. Be careful of his poor me routine about divorce and needing the money to pay for the kids private school. He's trying to shut down the company and start another with similar name to avoid paying.
