Another ripped off customer here.
Goods ordered in March, still not delivered in late August, and he's stopped even trying to fob me off on texts now. He never responds to emails.
Absolute con man.
Have reported to Trading Standards, and I'd recommend others negatively affected do the same.
AVOID!
SCAM. I paid for some flash paper but this company took my money and delivered nothing. Ignored all attempts to contact. Avoid!!!
I order some items for a photoshoot from this company, and never received them in the time suggested by their website. I chased and even managed to speak to them on the phone. I instantly received an email stating the refund has been arranged and in-line with their refunds policy I waited the 14 days for it to be completed, guess what I have received £0 refund from this company. The only illusion going on with this company is refunds from them. This company seems not to have any form of honesty and integrity that a reputable company has. I would defiantly say this is a really dishonest company and you should avoid using them at any costs. Its a shame I cant give illusion craft less than one star, it really deserves a - 10 star for its dishonesty. I am not the only one that seems to have been lied to and ripped off. AVOID this company.
Ordered products, they didn't arrive and no response to my emails. Have submitted refund claim through my credit card company. Very disappointed, avoid at all costs.
Placed an order and paid. Partially shipped but included a note to say they had supply problems and the rest would be sent ASAP.
Emailed them a week later asking when I could expect my order because it was required for a show the following weekend. No response several days later. Emailed again. Still no response and no product.
No refund either.
I’ve ordered elsewhere and received, but STILL nothing, not even a response from Illusioncraft.
That’s the last time you get an order from me!
WHERE’S MY REFUND?
Reported to Trading Standards!
