I bought the Serena Shaver Edge Mirror to replace an older illuminated mirror in our ensuite bathroom. It arrived on time, which was brilliant as I had an electrician booked to install it. I am very happy with the mirror. I feel it is a better quality product than the previous mirror, the glass is thicker and the brightness can be changed to be more muted.
I would also like to thank Joby for support during the process.

I've ordered a couple of mirrors from these guys, and their products are great. The last order I placed suffered a slight delay. However, Alelei contacted me about the delay and kept me informed almost every day about the estimated timelines, right through to delivery. Little hiccups happen, but it's how they are handled that you remember, and Alelei did an outstanding job, a credit to the team.

Easy to order, great communication from Joby who kept me updated with the order and provided tracking information. The mirror looks exactly as expected and hopefully, will prove a good buy.

Unfortunately the first mirror I had delivered was damaged but Joby in their customer service was excellent and jumped into action to find a replacement quickly, providing regular updates on delivery and checking in to see everything was ok with the second delivery. No quibbling over a replacement is a refreshing change. The product also seems very good quality.

Excellent service, from my initial inquiry about delivery dates for my mirror, to the actual delivery process,(checking I would be in when the couriers arrived) was clearly explained and the staff were so helpful, thank you Alelei.

I placed a Oder for a hard wired mirror for my dressing table area.
Before dispatch I got a mail from Joby that they were ready to depatch. Joby kept me up to date on a daily basis right through to delivery and also a follow up later on. Their customer service is next to none.

Illuminated Mirrors were great during the sales process. Unfortunately the delivery company did not maintain the standard. However Joby from Illuminated was really good and her attention made a great difference, thank you Joby

Great experiece with this company. I lost a part recently and Joby was happy to help by sending a replacement out straight away. I definitely would recommend Illuminated Mirrors, the products are great looking and customer service very responsive and helpful!

Selling rubbish! One of the cabinet gets broken door, and they have no spare parts for it…. 1 hinges of cost £5 I have to throw the whole cabinet.. SHAME!!!

I purchased an LED mirror with a shaver socket. When delivered the mirror did not have the shaver socket. Joby at Illuminated mirrors made a real effort to sort the problem out quickly and efficiently.
