We bought an illuminated mirror/ cabinet on the strength of a previous purchase of two of the same cabinets, nearly ten years ago. These cabinets have more than stood the test of time, & still look like new!
The ordering process was simple, we were kept fully informed about the preparation & delivery time by Alelei, who even made contact to ensure the product had arrived safely! Absolutely exceptional! I highly recommend this company, the cabinets are of the very highest quality, & the care shown to the customer is second to none. Huge thank you to Alelei, your a star!

Alelei overseen a potentially late and costly purchase and made every effort to get my mirror to me in time for the electrician to fit. If the standard off the shelf models don't quite meet your needs then the bespoke service, with a very wide offering of different options will almost certainly do so. Not cheap but definitely worth it if you have very specific needs.

Product delivered as promised, in timeframes promised and with great customer expereince and follow-up from Joby A. Fitted and doing excatly what it is supposed to.

My experience in dealing with Illuminated Mirrors has been excellent. Their products which in my case was a bathroom cabinet is high quality. The service delivery from their customer support team in particular was outstanding. I was dealing with Alelei over a 2 week period who was extremley helpful and patient with me regarding the various queries that I made before I placed my order. Following submission of my order he continued to assist me in overseeing the whole process upto delivery in a highly efficent way. Alelei displayed a friendly and empathetic approach and had good communication skills and was very timely in responding to my emails. My order was delieverd on time. The courier was also very helpful when bringing the cabinet to my property. All in all a great experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending their service to others.

Being so pleased with the cabinet I purchased some years ago, when I came to refurbish my bathroom, Illuminated Mirrors topped my "Bits To Buy" list. Joby was very responsive to my queries and made a point of following up on the delivery by courier and making sure I was happy with everything.

Really impressed from start to finish with Illuminated Mirrors. I initially emailed with a couple of questions, which Alelei Umali from customer support was really helpful with and very prompt with her replies. I ordered our Yalizni bathroom cabinet Weds 30th July early morning and it arrived mid-morning the next day. Alelei kept me updated via email from the point of shipping to checking it had arrived ok once delivered. Everything was really well packaged, no damage at all. I prepped the wall and wiring across the weekend and hung the cabinet Sunday evening. The quality is superb, I’m really impressed, and it’s clearly British made! Thank you Alelei, for all your help, and thank you illuminated Mirrors for the quality product!

Joby is a tremendous asset to this company, working in customer service at Illuminated Mirrors. He was very helpful right the way through the process of my choosing and ordering a cabinet for my new bathroom. He answered my many questions, and found answers to the more technical ones he couldn't immediately answer. No BS, just good honest facts. This is what good customer service is. He made the whole process smooth, keeping me informed with regards to delivery and even checked to see if I had received it in good order. 10 out of 10 Joby, well done. I love my cabinet. It's very well made, a quality product and well worth the money.

The product is really excellent quality and the customer service is truly exceptional! Alelei was beyond helpful and accommodating from start to finish. I had so many questions in deciding which mirror to buy and I had to delay delivery as I was away but she organised everything perfectly for me. I used to employ 100 people and if I was still in business, I would give this young lady a job without hesitation! One of the very best companies I have ever dealt with and these days it's very rare to get such outstanding customer service.

I reached out to Illuminated mirrors to ask for a spare part for a unit I never even purchased from them. It was existing in a house I recently moved into.
