This company is a scam! I spoke with a man give all my information and got a text I was approved and never heard from that trash man again! On top of you ran my credit and when that’s done it lowers your credit so this company purposely does this to people! I wouldn’t recommend no one to do business with this company ! Very unprofessional!

Please do not apply I got a letter about pre-qualified to lower my payment went through the application had a hard pull on my credit all for them to tell me I was approved for a refinance loan of $561 when my truck note is $524 what a joke Please dont ever contact me again because this shit will affect my homeownership all I was trying to do was lower my note because clearly if my not is $524 a month haven't missed a payment yet I could clearly pay a lower payment this is a scam please dont use this company they prey on ppl just to get your information

Unfortunately, I do not share the same reviews as others. Customer service was poor at best with my representative. Misleading information, lack of transparency and lies quite frankly. Nevertheless, my experience was not a positive. I hope others will have better luck but I would not recommend.

The team at iLending were courteous, patient, and respectful. They answered all my questions and explained in detail on the process of refinancing. They also followed up with refinancing updates and let’s you know right away if approved or not.

I was just shopping around for rates and entered my info into their site. Huuuuge mistake. They will not stop calling. It doesn’t matter how many numbers you block, they’ll just spoof another one in order to keep harassing you. This kind of sales tactic is not only annoying and gross and a massive turn-off from ever doing business with them, it’s got me considering changing my phone number. Do not touch this company with a 50 foot pole if you value your sanity.

This entity is a scam artist. They tell you one thing about the interest rates while rushing to endorse documents.
They will remove the gap insurance you need and apply interest rates you would never agree upon. Don't get scammed by this misleading company. They're an unethical rip-off.

The harassing calls from this place are crazy and I've never been with them in the first place. If I ever needed a loan I defintely won't go with them now because of all the calls.

Outstanding from start to finish lowered my used car loan from 23% interest to 8% interest and payments lowered by almost $90 for the same amount of time the people were very nice and listen to everything I explained to them and gave me the best deal would highly recommend

I am rebuilding my credit. I received a letter from iLending. I called them asking why I only have one day to decide, I thought 6/22/26 was tomorrow. Even though it really was 5/21/26. The representative name was Kyle, he assured me I had untill 6/22/26. The lights turned on then. Immediately we connected, I thanked him, now representative Loan consultant Nicholas took it from here. I am very pleased for the expertise and professionalism, I felt that I was important, so to speak, all my concerns where taking care of, this company went beyond my expectations as to customer service. I would recommend and tell all my friends and family. Thankyou and to all the staff for really meeting my refinance experience with ease and a peace of mind.

What a great experience. Rob, my loan officer, was on everything all through the process and kept me up to date. I kept waiting for something bad to happen due to past dealings with other firms, but I was able to refinance my car loan to save me 2% and reduce the term by 1 year. Total savings? Over $15,000. I had an excellent experience with iLending. From the beginning, they were very professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me improve my financial situation. They were able to lower my interest rate from 17% to 4.9%, which is a huge difference.
