Ordered a case 6 weeks before Christmas. No information for a couple weeks got a tracking number that never updated. Didn’t receive item by Christmas have been emailing them since asking why it hasn’t arrived even though they have sent me emails asking for a review. No email response for over a week. Had to start a PayPal case for a refund. Stay away from this company.

I need to change my review. Previously there was a mix up and I had thought my package was delivered to the wrong address. I had sent an email showing obvious disappointment in all this to ikoomoo and they responded back quickly and clarified that it was a mix up and my package was being prepared to be sent out to me. They were super courteous and responded to my emails quickly. I finally got my delivery and I absolutely love it! Very good quality and so cute! Definitely worth the wait

Ikoomoo’s customer service is truly amazing. When they were out of stock on a dress I wanted, they let me pick out a new dress and 10 dollars worth of accessories and stationary items! When one of my phone cases didn’t fit, they apologised and gave me a permanent 20% off discount! I truly can not speak higher of their customer support and kindness. Ikoomoo treats their customers with respect and love and with every message they send I feel cared for. They genuinely care for their customers. Ikoomoo’s products are adorable, cute and reasonably priced ! Shipping (depending on where you are) is fast and they also don’t charge a shipping fee for orders over 30 dollars. I’m a long time customer of ikoomoo and have tried a lot of their products and have yet to dislike a single one. If you’re looking for adorable outfits, accessories, phone cases and stationary, ikoomoo is where you should be looking. Thank you for your kindness ikoomoo, I love you guys so much 🥺🥺🥺❤️❤️❤️
