I had a major issue with Amplitude 5...
I had a major issue with Amplitude 5 MAX while i was playing so i emailed the support. In a few minuets i got an answer but in the same time i experienced another issues so now i had 2 problems. I emailed again they guys (Sebastian) and in a few minuets a solution was suggested. I followed the troubleshooting procedure and in a ''wink of an eye'' i could see all my gear again . Thanks a mil for the support guys , thanks a lot Sebastian!!

Excellent service
Excellent service. Needed authorization codes for my old rig powermac g5. I have two. Still works! I also picked up their Total Studio Pro package and I'm having a blast with all the cool sounds. For the money, nothing else comes close. I can't believe everything thqt you get. The Total Studio Max package is on sale. My next purchase I will upgrade to that one. Comes with lots of plugins that emulate the vintage analog gear we all want in our racks. Syntronik is so cool I love it! Sweet synths galore. Very easy to map the controls to my midi keyboard. Having way too much fun with this. Great job IK Multimedia.

the best company
IK is on of the best company all over the world. I'm a customer first, next I'm sound engineer. I speech as customer firs: I found in IK Multimedia the best customer service desirable. Alway available, always perfect and fast. As sound engineer the only thing I can say is: the quality products they offers is absolutely 10 steps forward what you are paying for. For me now IK is absolutely essential for all my mixes.

My Hammond B3 stopped working
My Hammond B3 stopped working. Been trying to get it reinstalled for 3 weeks now. The installer runs normally, but when you press "install" it says that there is no access to G drive. Don't have and never have had a g-drive. Tried to get online help from IK Multimedia, which was successful at first. Now there is no answer - and I am left with a slightly flat feeling.

Great Tech Team Service
