It took a couple of weeks for technical support to get back to me. To be fair, it was probably their busiest time of the year as I contacted them just after Black Friday and in the run up to Christmas. However, when they did get back to me they had identified the problem straight away and offered clear instructions how to fix it. This worked without any problem, so overall my support request was handled very efficiently.
I would have given 5 stars for this review if only there hadn’t been such a long wait for my request to be dealt with.
Garbage tier software. It has a product manager with draconic DRM, but that also has ads scrolling by the top that cannot be removed. It tries to install to a directory that does not exist, bloats your machine with about half a dozen small programs, and when you can get one to work, it's jank.
I uninstalled everything and am just writing off the thirty bucks I paid for the Humble Bundle. Everyone else, avoid. I also left this as a comment on their YouTube video, but they hid my comment, so now I am going to use my voice in a much more public place.

Horrible install process, counterintuitive, all over the place. Had to google around for hours just to find the answer on how to properly install my product and customer service gives bland unhelpful answers, or just avoid questions.
Sad case, because I eventually did get everything to work and the sound is very good.
This bad experience did cast a bit of a shadow.

I was having a struggle with downloading piano verse, and your support team was so patient and finally got it to download
resolving an upgrade from a older to newer computing system and some tweaking was needed to make it work flawlessly , after a short time they were able to resolve my problem and get me up and running again .
I completely over thought the custom installation of the SampleTank sound packs. Once I was able to clarify what I had done, support followed up with clear instructions and visuals to help me reorganize my existing files without having to download all over again. Now everything is humming along perfectly.

I have been using IK Multimedia products for years and they're amazing! Several of their plugins are an important part of my production workflow in my studio. This was my first time to buy a piece of their hardware. I had a question about the promotion they had at the moment and they were quick to get back to me and I feel they went above and beyond what they had to do in order to take care of me as a customer.

Honestly, they were very responsive when I had a pretty simple question about installation that could have been blown-off by other companies, but if it wasn't for their help I wouldn't have figured out the minor tweak I needed to make in order to make sure I was getting what I paid for. Other companies will just take your money and leave you kind of on your own after the fact. Not this company. I believe they are making strides to really secure themselves as a forefront provider of media production services that creators can rely upon for all of their needs, and for the support that will inevitably be needed thoughout our pursuits. So all in all, very seamless interface and experience with the support that I needed. IK has come a long way and continues to push forward boldly.
Shady company. You buy something but you do not own it. Sound Libarys, You dont own them unless you make your own backup.. Most iRig hardware is unsupported on new phones.. If you bought AmpliTube and FX for your phone, forget about using it unless your very old phone is still working. I am IKmultimedia user and I regret buying their stuff, and more then that I am scarred that I wasted a TON of cash on stuff that I will not be able to use very soon.

I contacted Ik support immediately after buying Uno Synth Pro X because it had a strong background noise. They responded to me after 11 days (and only after my insistence on their social pages) asking me for a video of the problem. I responded immediately by sending the video with the problem. It was October 22, 2024, today November 25 I still have not received an answer. It's a real shame!
I had a problem with creating a preset and they got back to me with the answer in 24 hours.
The people from the IK Multimedia support, are so great ones.
The help was fast and very competent.
Italian people are nice!

Excellent response from heldesk, I had an issue with functionality of Amplitube and it was solved very quickly and clearly.
Total Studio 4 purchase. Spend more time trying endlessly to install, then go through the rigmarole of uninstalling to then try and reinstall. All the time customer services is completely clueless. Missed deadlines and gigs, had to spend even more money on other companies plug ins just to cover this absolute dumpster fire.
