Shocking, waiting nearly a month for an order, cannot get any updates of the status of the delivery 🚚

Thank you for providing the order number in an updated version of your review. After investigating, it appears that the carrier WnDirect has lost your order.
Accordingly, we have moved forward with a refund for your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear back in the financial account associated your order.
We never want this to happen and apologize on the part of WnDirect. You may be able to contact them directly and file a claim as well.

Gone AI no one home
Well, no customer service anymore.
Almost every time I try to use it I have to create a new password.
This time they had me going in circles with sending a code, so I leave to get the texted code but when I came back, I had to start over and they'd send me a new code and then, you know rinse and repeat.
Tried to contact them but couldn't without logging in....
So, I went elsewhere. Sad, use to love iHerb but then they had customer service.
No more iHerb for me.

Overall, the experience was good. I could not find items in the size I wanted, but the other items I was looking for I did find. They arrived within the time I expected and the only other negative matter that bothered me was that the bars I ordered expire next month. I generally hope for a few months before an item I order on line is to expire. The items were in tact and not damaged.

Customer Service is NOW using "AI" Using a shipping company called "UNIUNI" which emails you BOGUS shipping details & contradicts it's own information. States merchandise "shipped" when in fact, it has NOT SHIPPED. Dealt with their UNIUNI CS rep who responded just like their AI CS. iHerb collected their $$ even though merchandise has NOT SHIPPED.
