As someone who values reliability and professionalism in every transaction, I find it necessary to formally document my experience with IGP, so that others may make an informed decision before choosing to patronise this platform.
I placed an order in good faith, expecting the standard of service that any reputable company ought to deliver. Regrettably, the item was never received. IGP's courier team has claimed that multiple delivery attempts were made — however, at no point was I contacted, notified, or given the courtesy of a prior arrangement. My line was fully accessible throughout.
Upon requesting a refund — which I consider an entirely reasonable and legitimate expectation — I was refused. The justification provided was that efforts had been made on their end. I find this response to be both inadequate and commercially irresponsible.
I have since escalated this matter formally to the National Consumer Helpline.
I hold complete documentation of all correspondence as evidence. I would strongly caution discerning consumers against engaging with a platform that demonstrates so little regard for accountability, transparency.

what they show and describe is not what we get.
I ordered dates and nuts cake but received a normal dry cake
dry fruits and nuts missing
highly disappointed
also the delivery executive, didn't ring the door bell
he forced his entry into the house
when confronted, he wasn't apologetic but was highly abusive
he was strong and tall built which scared raising a legal complaint
he's appearance and attitude did scare our safety and caused threat with IGP

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order (#18073321) placed with your platform for my son’s birthday on 15 April 2026.
The delivery slot provided was between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Although my order was confirmed, I received a call around 8:41 PM stating that the selected toppings were unavailable. I was assured that an alternative would be arranged and that the order would still be delivered within the promised time.
However, the order was not delivered at all. Despite repeated calls and messages until 1:30 AM, there was no response from your team. This caused significant inconvenience and disappointment on an important personal occasion.
The following day, I contacted your support via chat and was informed that the refund would be processed to my wallet. I clearly requested that the amount be credited back to my original payment method instead. I was assured that someone would contact me regarding this, but no follow-up has been made, and the refund is still pending.
This experience reflects extremely poor service and lack of accountability, especially considering I have been a regular customer.
I request you to:
1. Process a full refund to my original payment method immediately.
2. Provide a clear explanation for the non-delivery and lack of communication.
3. Take necessary steps to ensure such incidents do not recur.

The worst thing a person can ever choose on someone’s special day.
Ordered a birthday cake, flowers and other add ons from here for my dad’s birthday. They took the money and the order never reached. The driver was roaming around somewhere in a nearby village, when we contacted, he was so high and he had no idea what was going one. This is a FRAUD WEBSITE DO PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED HERE.
The customer service is f***ed up, i keep answering whatever shit they ask and the texts appear with a blue tick, but they keep replying vaguely like i am not responding.
I will surely get the damn money i paid by disputing, thankfully i am in canada and this is pretty safe here😂
But be careful from these kinds of scam websites.

Ordered flowers in February from IGP. They were not what the picture showed at all. It was a haphazard bunch that they delivered. I order flowers almost every month for friends and family occasions from other platforms. Saw IGP was offering Interflora flowers so tried them this time. Regretted and complained. They gave me 20% of the value coupon. Then used that coupon and some money to buy fridge magnets for a friend's birthday. Utterly rubbish quality. Hazy and overexposed pictures. They again offered 20% coupon which I denied and unsubscribed. In previous years, I had ordered fridge magnets from them which were good. Their quality has taken a nosedive now. Waste of money.
Update: My order number is 18058314. Your support has told me they will not re-send proper quality magnets and have offered 20% of the order value as compensation. Why will I put in more money to buy low quality products?

THE WORST!!
Be aware. I am not the person who usually complaints or write any bad reviews but the IGP made me do it. Terrible customer service, I've been so patient with them. I scheduled a birthday present a week before the delivery date and yet, on the day they did not deliver or reach out to me for missing delivery. From April 8 till today(April 11) I've been connecting with the customer service team. I've asked them for re-delivery, they assured but did not deliver AGAIN. I asked for refund and they would just disconnect the chat. I wish I could attach photos here for their pathetic customer service. I think over 6-7 times I tried connecting to them, and they would take eternity to reply, and after that, they ghost you. If you reply, they will send you a message saying, "As there has been no response from your end, I will be closing the chat". I mean, are you serious???!!? I LITERALLY tried for 6-7 times. I will give no stars if I could!

UNRELIABLE UNREACHABLE BEST AVOIDED. They don't care about customers. After taking the full payment in advance order was not delivered. Customer care number is automated voice prompts directs you to whatsapp Messenger that no one replied. I was left embarrassed at my son's birthday party without the cake reaching. I managed to arrange an alternative cake thanks to 10 min delivery on another portal. The email reply came at 2 am promising a refund in 2-3 working days! Seriously? Not even a phone call for apology let alone making it up to a customer who orders from them regularly

SCAM COMPANY This company is a scam . My best friend ordered for my 40th birthday . It was never delivered so I messaged them on WhatsApp . They at first tried to tell me it had been delivered .. then sent a picture of some flowers on a bike .
I told them that wasn’t proof of delivery . Also the time stamp was in the future .
I have asked for a refund several times and now they are ignoring me DO NOT USE! SCAM. They take your money and never deliver

Very bad experience with IGP. This is not just one issue—it has happened multiple times and I’ve lost money because of their poor service.
First, I ordered a plant along with another gift. After placing the order, they informed me the plant was not available. Refund was not processed properly, and only after multiple follow-ups did I finally get my money back.
Then I trusted them again and reordered the plant after a few days. Same thing happened—they called after the order and said the plant is not available. But this time, even after contacting them multiple times, I did NOT receive any refund.
Today again I placed an order, and while saving the address, the pincode got modified automatically. Within 2 minutes I requested a change, but there was no response. Later they said no address modification, no cancellation, and no refund. I ended up losing money again.
This is the worst service and refund process I have ever experienced. Repeated issues, no proper support, and no accountability. I’ve lost money twice because of them. Highly not recommended.
