From a list of 3 travel agencies I have…

From a list of 3 travel agencies I have used to book ClubMed early bird deals in each of the last 5+ years only Jack bothered to follow up my early preregistration this time. Without the early booking discount ClubMed would tip over into the ‘too expensive’ and we simply would not be going🙈.
Clubmed ski weeks are great and are a holiday we really look forward to so we’ll done Jack snd Alpe d Huez here we come🥳.

Not easy to update info

Booking process was fine. Unfortunately one of dates of birth was wrongly entered. Replied to two emails but both were useless. I needed a link on the email confirmation that enabled me to contact you simply, not stressing and waiting for a response knowing the 24 hours was nearly up

Could do better for travelling by train

Good service and happy with the deal we got, but could do much better for travellers who want to go by train. No train offered. If you travel independently there’s a token discount of £60, rather than something actually representing cost of flights and transfer.
