Paul, the ski specialist, was super responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more.

So far a fantastic start. Paul was really helpful as I'm a complete beginner with skiing and he went through everything really thoroughly with me and made it easy to book. I can't wait for our trip in March!

The Iglu ski team are knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to find the best holiday for us. We have used them a number of times from booking a very last minute Christmas ski holiday with all the extras, to helping us find the perfect chalet at February half term (no mean feat!) The Iglu ski team are always my first place to go.

I dealt with Seb Ison in the run up to Christmas and post-Christmas period. He was very helpful, and was able to quote for a number of different options, before we decided which option worked best for our family. We have not been on the holiday yet, but we are happy with the booking experience.

Ben has been wonderful helping us to book a family holiday over New Year's next year! While I haven't been on the holiday yet, the booking experience has been great.

I must say what a pleasure it was to book with Jack at Igluski. He was efficient, professional and knowledgable. He quickly understood what type of skier I was and used this to make pin point suggestions for the holiday I was looking for. He followed up with emailed quotes and then called me back to confirm my choice. He is a credit to Igluski, please pass on my thanks to him and his manager.
