Work for the company as an agency
and worked hard no sickness , absence and I hit my targets and I was promised a permanent contact which never happen because the management kept putting it on hold. I wasn't the only person who went through this and left because the agency was treated like a number and didn't feel valued. This was highlighted to quest Employment who blamed iforce management
The communications between quest Employment and iforce is shocking and iforce only tell you what they want you to know. The briefing are pointless and every staff agrees that it's a pointless excuse. The targets are not thought through because all they want to see is numbers ind the quality is last until they get a customer complaint and without a proper investigation pin it on the staff. I am not saying the customer is wrong however we are adults and before we are chuck under the bus we deserve a fair hearing. Everyone deserves to know that iforce Staffordshire doesn't value their workers and their only interest is profit
Concentrate on your employee and agency and don't make promises you can't keep. You spent a lot of money on training your staff.
Put policy in place which works.
If you look after your staff they would definitely produce the results which will be great for the future or the business.
