Have been helped here many times with iPhone and iPad, always very helpful, last visit was with my iPad which bank couldn’t sort out the app problem after over an hour took it to Ifix repairs it was sorted out immediately with no charge. Thank you.
I was convinced I needed a new charging port for my iPhone 12 mini today thinking it had come loose after years of wear & tear and was showed within minutes all it was just a build up of lint stopping the cable connection flush….. didn’t charge for and yet could of easily sold me a charging port. Left this positive review instead and will use again in the future.
Nice guy dealt with iPhone issue immediately and resolved quickly and efficiently. Would certainly use again.
My iPad Pro was stolen from the store. I ended up in Small Claims court, as they refused to cover the cost. Despite a judgement against them for £2600, I only received £350. Yvonne (the director) is dishonest, and the company is corrupt. Take your phone elsewhere, as if anything happens, they have no insurance and won’t cover the cost of your phone
Dishonest and deceitful - I bought 2 refurbished handsets in August. The phones did not arrive so I requested a refund which I never received and instead was constantly fobbed off with excuses. I now have a County Court Judgement against iFixed and yet they still have not refunded the money I am owed (about £380).
Do not use this business.
My ordeal is still ongoing after 6 months. Originally I went to them as my father in law recommended them to me as I had a simple broken screen. Phone returned and the screen was fitted with the wrong screen and a few days later the screen came away taking the home button with it (iPhone) making the phone useless.
Months went past with me calling everyday and various excuses were made. Told me they would go to Apple and 3 months later they tell me they did but the phone still not fixed.
Eventually after 5 months they admitted that they had made various errrors and told me that I could go off and get a new phone and they would pay. That was April and I’m still chasing now. They make excuses such as HMRC bill, their bank cant make a transfer and various others. They are unprofessional, shoddy and untrustworthy. Go to Apple or ismash for the sake of another £10 as they will correctly and professionally fit the screen.
