Worst Service. Zero Security. Zero Support.
They don't care their customer. My client is loosing his business because of their negligence and deficient service.

Help desk is quite courteous and helpful, at least they try. But expertise has become an issue. Though I have been with them for many years, lately stability has become a concern for this hosting provider. Goes down frequently and intermittent problem with https. Had to switch.

I joined iFastnet sceptical, as they had just had a service outage before I joined.
However, after joining, I have found their services to be very god for the money.
I pay £5 a month, and not only do I get hosting with Cpanel, but the support I have received has been really helpful.
I opened a support ticket, and within 45 minutes I got a reply. Then within 20 minutes it was resolved!
The next support ticket I opened was answered and solved within 10 minutes.
The support staff are very helpful and polite, and the services simply work, which is what you need to host websites.
Definitely going to be using them from now on.

Server is not working Please inform us when the issue will get resolve ? Please keep your chatt or support contact number like whats app , twitter , facebook so that all your customers will get exact ideas of any issue if you are facing and time of resolve the issue .... we all are simply blank now all our customers and their applications and stoped now ...Please resolve the issue and reply us as soon as possible for you and your team . I had a hosting connection problem (time outs) with one of my websites, which was quickly responded to by ifastnet, even over the weekend which was unexpected. They optimized their entire server to resolve the problem, which it did - no more website time outs. A 5 star professional service - recommended.

Worse hosting provider I've ever paid for.
Over 5 months ago I purchased the Super Premium Yearly plan, it costed me over USD$50, and boy, what a mistake I made.
First, over a week later the website stopped working. I was running a simple version of WordPress, nothing too fancy or heavy. Yet it worked for a month and then Boom, down it was. I communicated with premium support and they gave me the solution of reseting my account because it was surely hacked.
Okay, what else?
Shortly after the reset I decided to use Softaculus' drag and drop site builder, except that this time I only had a single page displaying my information, no interaction with visitors at all, no comments, no registration, nothing at all, to ensure that no hacking or whatsoever could put the website down again.
A week passed after I finished writing and promoting the site, etc. The site went down as well, no idea why, I couldn't even access Control Panel on IFastNet's site.
Contacted support. They said the issue was resolved, which wasn't. Contacted them again and then I was able to access Control Panel, to find the fact that all of my information had been deleted. I asked them what had happened this time and they just didn't know.

I lost money, time, energy and effort with this people.
They are the worst hosting provider there is.

Don't trust this company, put it simple, don't waste your money on them.

Better than GoDaddy, amazing support, with FREE service to create your own hosting.... You guys are amazing. Ultra fast support, and all of you are so kind. Congratz. I love this company.

You can't really find another host like iFastNet.

The best part is they provide free Cloudflare Railgun to any premium account! Can you imagine that? I mean Railgun usually costs about $200/month while you have the oppurtunity to get this while buying a premium acccount that usually cost between $1-$10.

Also the support is really fast, my fastest ticket reply was around 10 minutes while other companies usually take 1 - 2 full business day(s)

My website is hacked and there is no support to check that so everyone take care that may happen to your website and no support to get it back
