Excellent cutomer service
I have my travel insurance with If for almost a year, once I missed my flights from the Phillipines to Denmark due to an erruption of volcano, recently I couldn't use my flights due to Covid-19 - both times refund claims were handled very quickly with high level of professionalism. Many thanks to If customer support team.

Tak for din anmeldelse.
Udfra dit skadenummer kan jeg se, at du har været i et uheld med en politibil. Der har været uenighed imellem dig og politiet i forhold til, om politiet kørte med udrykning eller ej.
Det er afgjort, at der er ligedeling mellem If og politiets forsikring, og du er derfor "kun" opkrævet en halv selvrisiko. Ydermere skulle din bil være blevet lavet.
Jeg er i tvivl om du mener, at vi kunne have taget denne sag videre ?
At sagen har taget så lang tid, er vi naturligvis rigtig kede af, men det er desværre ikke ualmindeligt når flere parter er uenige, og der skal indhentes oplysninger hos flere parter.
Jeg håber at du får en god weekend, selv om jeg ikke kan ændre i din oplevelse.

When you are registering in if insurance company just be aware of distrust and unprofessional advisors.
I am explaining my history from them, hope it could be useful for all.
I transferred my insurance to them because of good reputation and register myself online and call them to be sure about the services that I demanded two years ago.
And now when I need to have their support, I got nothing because they deleted the voice from two years a go and no evidence of their mistake.
Now I am all responsible of their fault, lonely.
First of all they are not trustable at all and also when you are communicating with them, just write email to be sure have evidence for future.
And secondly, in my case when after the incident happened none of them review the document before answering, and this is a kind of another prove that they are working unprofessional.
when you are choosing an insurance company you need to have trust in your though time. I got nothing except disappointment.

I am sorry, that you are not having a good experience with If.
I have read your history in our system, and i understand that you returned your car to the leasing company. You made the insurance your self last year, and chose your cover your self. You spoke to my colleague the day after, also about the cover. My colleague informed you, that there was no return cover, that it was not a possibility, and as i understand, that is the claim that you want cover for now.
You were not able to choose the cover when you made the insurance on our website, and it was not possible for us to give it to you, and my colleague told you.
I am sorry, if you have had another understanding, and we are now trying to see, if there is anything else we can do. You will be contacted by my colleague.
