An absolute flyer! When you press the M button 5 times to unlock the speed, it's a different beast. A better build quality compared to other similar models I've seen.

Delivery was fast, arriving in just 3 days. The scooter's accelration is smooth yet powerful, making my city commutes a breeze.

Very beautiful product, the quality is great, this is a birthday gift for my child, he likes it very much. He says it's much faster than his old one and the battery seems to last forever.

I recently got the VS6 Pro, and it's been an amazing experience so far. The scooter delivers strong performance with a suspension system that handles rough paths with ease. The whole experience from start to end was great the customer services went out of there way to make everything run smooth answering all my questions and happy to help when I had doubts and problems even giving me a discount because of a small problem but discount was more than should have been so yes thank you to all please keepnet the good work

Brought an Ienyrid ES60 Scooter arrived on time but when I took it out the box the rear mudguard was broken so I couldn't attach it and the headset handle bar was faulty so it wobbles back and forth even after you tighten it. so I cant ride it it's unsafe. I have tried contacting Ienryd via email and WhatsApp but no reply it seems I am left with a faulty scooter and £1000 out of pocket I am so disappointed as ienryd say that have great customer service support I will keep trying and update the reviews.your customer service needs improving.i have spoke to ienyrid and they are sending me a new mudguard which is good thank you ienyrid but the loose head set I had to fix at a cost of£50 to myself and my time so I am disappointed in ienyrid as this was a birthday present for my son. I have sent them the videos of the headset via their what's app number but they just didn't want to take responsibility and told .e to contact another email which I did. And it's been going around in circles sinceso I wouldn't recommend buying an ienyrid product as there isn't good customer service to help you if your productil is faulty also I don't like leaving bad reviews for anything if the company would just reach out and replace the scooter I would be more than happy with ienyrid b because my son like the scooter but it isn't worth a thousand euros.UPDATES i have spoken to this nice gentleman Leo who informed me he works for Ienyrid but not in the same department as the department I need to speak to.i have emailed the email address Leo gave me but to no avail ienyrid don't seem to want to help with there faulty scooter so I ask can Leo speak with the other department please to resolve this faulty scooter thank you.see below for Leo replys from what's app message (quote Leo from ienyrid customer service I'm in a different department than him .Yes, iENYRID is a large company with many different divisions).unquote UPDATE# DONT BUY THIS SCOOTER CHEAP CHINESE PARTS AND POOR QUALITY. I just want to say how impressed I am with iENYRID. The WhatsApp support is absolutely outstanding fast, friendly and always helpful. Every time I had a question or issue, I got a clear and professional answer within minutes.

I’m also really enthusiastic about the scooter models themselves powerful, well built and reliable. I’ve tested several models and was impressed every single time.

Another big plus: spare parts arrive incredibly fast, which is a huge advantage, especially if you use your scooter daily. The entire experience, from ordering to support and delivery, is top notch.

Best buck for money so far. I bought Ienyrid m4 s+ max. I saw the brand name in another website and got curious. The customer support was very friendly and helpful. I received the order and saw the quality, eventhough you can tell it's a cheap scooter, but not with naked eyes. But with this price range no one can expect this quality of materials. I will update my riding review later. Highly recommend.
