I just used this as my wife wanted to drive in Thailand and she did not get this done before she left. The form was easy and immediately got it printed in a print shop, following the instructions provided.
This is not a digital IDP, it's a digital file of a IDP to be properly printed in a print shop, you cannot expect to just keep it on a phone or print on plain a4 paper, to be valid it has to be printed in booklet format following the instructions.

I paid for an expedited e-copy and they took my money, an extra £30, but provided nothing. They do not respond to numerous emails. They say they will have online chat, but do not provide a way to do it online. Several over 30 minute phone calls went unanswered. This is a total scam and should be avoided at all costs.

There is no such thing as a digital international drivers license. If you're a US citizen, only AAA is legally authorized to issue one, and it's a paper license. All these sites offering digital ones are scams. Avoid idlp.org and ones like them.

Got a 1000 thb fine the only time I used it. Was threatened with counterfeiting a lic as well. DOES NOT WORK IN THAILAND

seems to be a scam as they are not authorized ro create idl for us citizens but they offer this online anyway.

u will find many agencies like this and reviews that their IDL papers are not accepted for car rental...so its scam.

The show that they are rated as excellent on their website but they have no reviews anywhere online. Am I missing something.... seems fishy
