Full of unprofessional staff who confidently tell lies to customers when u meet them face to face. I don't knw on what criteria they hire branch managers. Worst bank/ customer service.
I've opened NRE and NRO accounts.
1. The relationship officer filled my details wrongly, after making serval complaints over two months, only a few mistake changed, still many outstanding and they're unable to solve.
2. They freeze my Debit Credit, which means I cannot use my own money to pay any bills. There are no expiation, my complaint passing department to department, no one knows how to resolve the issue. The bottom line is my money, which is legally earned with full tax paid is stuck in Indian bank.
Please avoid using this bank at any cost.
While pre closing the loan
While pre closing the loan, amount of troubles which the customer undergoes is very high. It cannot be explained by mere words. You people chase the customer with rigorously and make calls, whether we are in toilet or hospital or attending funeral. While going to loan centre and offering to preclose the loan, the desk clerk wants the borrower to come and handover the payment. Also, this procedure is like a government office attitude. I am raising this complaint hopefully someone might see and bring in some real difference to the system. How much of impact will my complaint have , I am not sure, but anyways I am doing it so that people voice. My number is 9538320752.

They didn't not informed earlier that when opening the back acount in idfc that the minimum balance 25000.
1.Every month cutting 590 RS because we should maintain 25000 minimum balance.
2. When I have taken personal loan , I asked them to make a auto payment for icic bank, thay said we will do after first EMI but years going on they are not responding to me to me auto payment of EMI to icic banck account. I tried to reach out to them More than 100 times they are not responding because if thay make auto payment that monthly cutting is not possible which we need to maintain 25000 minimum balance

I just paid a emi , 1 hour late , and they charged me ₹650 with check bounce charges, it's unacceptable and I hate this kind of behaviour from banks , and they keep messaging me with warning to recovery the charges ₹650 and blackmailing me that they will add further charges if I not paid ₹645 , telling me to pay or I will face further consequences

I have been a long time customer 10 years plus. But their remittance service i.e. remit first 2 India is the most pathetic excuse of remittance platform I have used.
Despite complaining earlier, and escalating ZERO improvement.
I had an extremely disappointing…
I had an extremely disappointing experience with IDFC Bank’s credit card service. When the card was issued, I was clearly assured that no charges would apply unless the card was activated and used. I never activated the card and never made a single transaction.
Despite this, IDFC Bank began levying annual charges, followed by penalties on those charges, unnecessarily increasing the outstanding amount. On top of this, I have been receiving frequent and unwanted payment calls, which has been stressful and feels like harassment.
What concerns me the most is that these unfair charges are being reported repeatedly, negatively impacting my CIBIL score, even though the card was never used. It is extremely frustrating to see my credit profile affected due to an issue that should not exist in the first place.
This experience feels misleading and unethical, as customers are assured one thing at the time of issuance and later trapped with hidden charges. I strongly urge others to be cautious while dealing with IDFC Bank’s credit cards.
I am requesting immediate resolution of this matter, reversal of all unfair charges and penalties, and correction of my CIBIL record at the earliest.
