Bought a Bliss and Beyond vibration…
Bought a Bliss and Beyond vibration plate which developed a fault within 6 months (cut out and completely failed to operate). Contacted Ideal World who said to return for repair, which I did. Was asked on 3 separate occasions what the fault was despite giving them all the information from the start to then be advised there was nothing wrong with it and it was being returned. Asked them to check again as the machine was not working at all and had the same response. Refused to replace or refund. Machine was sent back to me and surprise, surprise- it still does not work. Video evidence has been sent in to show this and now no-one is responding to me at all.
Issue was initially reported in June and still has not been resolved despite the fact that legally if a fault develops within 6 months they should repair or replace.
Save yourself a lot of hassle and buy your goods elsewhere.

Pleased with the product, but like previous order, not happy with representative. Made me feel rushed, and had to slow him down to ensure he had correct address, which as previous, was not changed! The parcel went to my old address. Fortunately I could contact the person and picked it up. Has made me reluctant to order again.

On delivery i found a damaged 15 germicidal UV-C+lamp when I contacted the supplier ideal world after calling them three times they said they wanted the complete item returned which i found ridiculous for the sack of sending me the part which I could have fitted myself i strongly feel if as company you are selling goods you should at least be able to supply parts for said product that you sell to the public and have people on your phone that can answer questions about the product and be able to make decisions so i wouldn’t have to make three phone to get that decision so now I have returned both items and awaiting my refund

We have investigated your query and can see that you purchased two Jade Air Purifier units and reported that one of the units had arrived damaged. As we do not currently sell spare parts for this product, you were asked to return the item so that we could arrange a replacement.
We are fully committed to supporting our customers with replacements where required. We also arranged home collections for both units to make the return process as convenient as possible, as we take full ownership of providing end-to-end support in situations like this.
