Damaged bath and zero customer service

Not so ideal regarding a failed delivery. Ordered from Plumbworld but was shipped direct from Ideal bathroom, it was a replacement bath. Got a call from Ideal the morning it was meant to be delivered from a friendly lady saying the bath had been damaged and they can't deliver and instead would be Monday (this was on a Thursday morning), the bath was a replacement for a single mother and 5 year old as she has a cracked bath so can't use. I then called back and asked if it could be for a Friday delivery or even Saturday delivery but no one bothered to even call me back, chased Plumbworld who were good to be fair and they also couldn't get it delivered sooner, they said they can't get it from another depot, all the vans were returning, don't do Saturday delivery. Literally zero effort on their part on something which was 100% their fault, very poor customer service, very disappointing

What a absolute bunch of clowns

What a absolute bunch of clowns, ordered items, was sent email saying being delivered on next day, sat and waited in ALL day nothing turned up. Spoke to company who stated it will be here following day sat and waited again. ..Guess what F*** ALL turned up now coming in 3 days time. What a S*** company. Apparently their system doesn't read my postcode properly....YEH RIGHT, just admit your a company who doesn't deserve to be trading and its useless

Awful company- AVOID!

Awful company. New staff each day who don't know the products or how to work their system. Items always damaged. Delivery drivers careless when driving, don't wrap the goods in the van or protect them in any way. Overall I would avoid at all costs.
