Both outbound and return trips were late, but what made me never want to travel with this company again was the fact that they left us in Charles de Gaulle Airport, out in the cold at night, with no information at all, waiting for more than 3 hours.
We tried getting information from the Bus Terminal's help desk, which was closed (?). When we called the only phone number available, the team told us to wait 90 minutes (TWICE) because there were "major road closures".
When the bus finally came, the driver told us something completely different; One of the back doors had fallen off on the road and he had to wait for an engineer. Not only is this company inconsiderate with the customers, but it's also unsafe.
Never again.

My first trip was great with Ouibus. The bus was 20 minutes late, but the driver apologized and said they had unexpected large traffic jam. The driver was very polite and informed us well before stops and border control.
My second trip was horrible. Everything that was great about the first one was bad during the second one. The bus was over an hour late, no explanation at all, bus was smelly, poweroutlets did not work, no communication at all at stops or border control. When I asked the driver about the time to be back at the bus, he said he had already announced that and that I was probably sleeping... I for sure wasn't. The driver was also very reckless in traffic, often ignoring a red light, speeding and driving way too close to other vehicles.
The busses do have very comfortable seats with enough leg space.
I would also advise young women to not travel with evening/night busses. There were some very sketchy people on the bus and I did not dare to fall asleep next to them.

Worst Service ever seen
I have booked a bus to paris on 29th March at 10:30pm but they never allowed me into that bus. Driver and some other co-ordinator never passed the information till 12am midnight and they asked us to board another bus which is not ouibus or national express. This bus does not have any facilities they have mentioned in their website.

The bus started at 2:30am and reached paris at 2:10pm local time but at a wrong destination.

This company is a joke. The tickets may be cheap, but trust me - you'll pay twice! I wouldn't like to have anything to do with Ouibus even if they were giving away the tickets for free. I booked the ticket to Portugal. The bus was supposed to come at 21:45, an hour later no bus... I waited half an hour more and went home, what else could I do? I lost money not only for the ticket but also for the hotel I booked there. The real "fun" started when I wanted to get my money back. I had to wait 2 weeks for the response, and they said that the bus came "only an hour late"! Is it a joke? No! Not only is this a blatant lie, because I waited more than an hour, but no one from the bus station workers has EVER seen or heard about the bus from this company and according to Ouibus schedule, they go from there every day. After a few unpleasant e-mails (on the span of a month, due to their slow replies) they graciously offered me 5e...
Absolutely Horrible
Never book using this company! I bought a ticket from Brussels to Amsterdam. The night before the bus departure I recieved an email saying that the station from where the bus was leaving from has been changed. I went to the changed station, and waited.......there was no bus. Another Ouibus going to the U.K. arrived, we spoke with the driver and he told us that we were in the right place and the bus should be arriving in the location that we were in. I waited a little longer and still nothing. I called Ouibus 30 minutes after the bus' departure time and they said that the bus would come to that area, but there was still no bus. I once again called the company after an hour of the bus departure time and they told us that the bus never went to the changed station but left from the original station. The bus was supposed to leave at 14:20, we didn't get on a bus until 19:00. This experience was completely unprofessional and left me standed for a few hours. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It may be cheap, but the headache it will give you will not make up for price.

Actually the bus arrived 40min earlier to antwerp in the morning and then when we return to amsterdam 1h earlier!

It is wrong that they are able to operate in so many destinations and are able to take money from passengers for a less than adequate service. Every aspect of the Ouibus is poorly run and they should really not be in business. They provide incorrect boarding information and do not provide adequate boarding information for their passengers in some destinations causing passengers to miss their journeys. It is clear that this is a dishonest and extorting practice. After a complaints, they refuse to remedy their mistakes.
Terrible firm
It can not be such a terrible company. It was the reason why I made a 3 hour delay and missed my plane. Then I had to give the world money and buy a ticket again, because I could find it the next day and I gave money to the place where I would stay. I sent a message about the subject saying they would be interested and sent a £ 20 coupon "valid for 4 months only". They are making fun of people, a freaking company. If you have a mind, even if you have to pay a little more money, use other companies.
This is the worst experience I have …
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a transportation company. We were supposed to the bus a 06.40 in the morning from Geneva. The bus was more than 1,5 late and there was no information about when or if it was going to show up.
When we tried calling the numbers on the tickets (even the emergency number), we were told that none of them exists.
When the bus finally showed up the driver was incredibly rude. He took his time with breaks and check-ins (even though we at this point were 2 hours delayed) and refused to speak to anyone that didn't spook Italian or French.
I complain about the situation afterwards and the customer support was very unhelpful.
I will never book with this company and you shouldn't either!
Not anywhere near as bad as I was expecting!
I felt that I needed to come on and leave a good review as for some reason all you can find on this company is bad reviews! Which almost made me cancel my trip as I had barely found any good reviews and was so worried about how bad it was going to be.
I shouldn't have wasted so much time worrying! We travelled from London Victora to Amsterdam, and there and back both journeys were absolutely fine. The coaches left on time, the drivers were pleasant, the whole experience was good.
On our journey there, the coach had reclining seats and individual phone/plug sockets. The seats recline a small amount but to be honest you can't really recline them due to people sitting behind you. The journey isn't the most comfortable, especially if you are travelling overnight as it is difficult to get comfortable enough to sleep, but to be honest that's just how it is on coaches and not a reflection of the company. Pack a travel pillow and a blanket and try and get a seat in front of the toilet so that you can recline your chair.
The Euro crossing was fine, we went by train through the tunnel, that all ran smoothly. Pick ups and drop offs were handled quickly and efficiently.
On the journey back there weren't individual sockets, just a main board with them all on so you had be comfortable with leaving your phone there if you wanted to charge it which might be an issue for some people. Again the journey was fine, the driver was efficient and informative, and we arrived in London over an hour earlier than we were expecting.
All in all I was extremely pleasantly surprised with Ouibus, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I understand people have had bad experiences, and when you look it appears that there is a A LOT of bad reviews. However when you consider that the company does a large amount of journeys per day, one or 2 delayed coaches or bad reviews a week is not as bad as it first seems. In conclusion, if you are unable to travel any other way (for comfort more than anything) or you want to keeps costs down, Ouibus is perfectly acceptable way to travel and I would recommend them.
As an extra point, the stop in Amsterdam needs to be more clearly signposted as it is difficult to establish where the coach leaves from.
Unprofessional
I booked a trip from Geneva to Chamonix. My bus stopped on the way because the driver maxed out his driving hours. And is required to rest by law. It caused more than a 2h delay to Chamonix, causing me to not be able to take some train rides. When given feedback, no satisfactory answer was provided. Was only told that "Please remember that OUIBUS declines all liability for connections purchased in a transport contract other than the OUIBUS Transport Contract."
No responsibility!

Trip Amsterdam-Lille-London
Trip Amsterdam-Lille-London. The bus never came there were other buses coming after. NO INFORMATION ABOUT CANCELLATION! Waiting in freezing cold for more than 1 hour! You cant reach them by phone only email? Driver of other Ouibus told that bus has been cancelled! Why they sent info about seats and info about boarding? I will NEVER use them again. My FIRST and LAST experience with them!
LOUD OUIBUS DRIVER OVERNIGHT BUS TRIP
An overnight bus trip Paris to Geneva and the bus driver has not stopped talking loudly the whole trip. It is impossible to sleep. 4.20 am and absolutely no consideration for passengers trying to sleep. Unacceptable. Positive note. ..a good driver.
bus never came
The bus we booked was canceled few days ago, we had to choose another one, that bus never came, we were waiting there for 2 hours, calling to their info centre, where they told us it will come any minute. The bus never came there were other buses coming after and we never get the money back only a voucher which I do not want to use because it is not reliable company.

I used Oui bus for to and fro from Grenoble to Paris. Timings were changed for both the buses. The email they sent mentioned only the changed timing for the bus from Grenoble to Paris. On our way back, at 11h45 in the night, we kept waiting for our bus, only to know that the bus left and the timing has been changed from 11:45 to 11:30. No other bus was available that night from Paris. So, at midnight we had to find a hotel to stay the night. The staff was rude and the customer service was awful. I will never take Oui bus again. negligent service ever.
Lille-London bus
I took the Lille-London bus. The bus arrived to Lille around an hour prior the departure to London, and left for London about 10 mins late, which is alright for an international service. The boarding process was very smooth and fast.
The bus itself is very comfortable, has a lot of legroom, reclined seats and plenty of luggage storage. The toilet works throughout the route. Would have been 5 stars if the tap water was working in the toilet.
OUIBUS IS IRRESPONSIBLE AND CHEATING YOUR MONEY
I would rather rate Ouibus zero if there is the option. They cancel the bus or the bus has never shown up without informing customers. They also change the schedule that is totally different showing on the ticket. I was waiting desperately in the coach station for hours, lost my money for buying tickets and also booking expensive flight tickets at last minute to cover my plan. I have emailed them for the refund and they lied and blamed me that the bus has came. I would recommend nobody should use OUIBUS again. I wonder why this cheating company is still in operation after stealing money from many customers. Please tell your friends and family repel this company.
Ouibus is careless.
Bought a €85 ticket from barca to interlaken in swiss. The company did not sent me any form of communication that it was outsourcing the transit to ALSA bus. Flixbus would do this and they are MUCH cheaper. I was waiting at the stop for 2hrs (1hr prior to departuree and 1hr after) and i spotted no ouibus. The bus left with just 1 person and they didnt even bother to communicate with me; not like there was 10 or more, just 2 people. I tried to ask for a credit as they dont do refunds, and the lady on the phone said just put in a complaint and said bye. I waa sooo shocked and i am a very polite person on the phone. So i did what she told me to and i had no response from the company for 2weeks. When i called they said "sorry we cant do anything, you missed your bus", which is besides the point as it wasnt completely my fault. They sent an email the next day saying they cant help. Very disappointed in this company and they have no humility.
