I really like the personal and interactive service. Telecoms is much better when you can talk to a real person. Nick certainly knows his stuff!

I must say Nick is a very easy guy to get along with and is an expert in his field.
After discussing my current issues, Nick put a solution together and within a week i have 4 new digital telephone systems and as a bonus my broad band speed has been double and it costing me less !!

I used iCloud telecom when we updated our telephone system earlier this year, from the first enquiry they were extremely helpful and professional, I was wary of changing as have had bad experiences in the past, but this was so simple! Nick was great at explaining everything and listening to our requirements and putting them in place. He is always on hand to deal with any small problems that arise. He once contacted me on a Sunday to inform me of a problem on our line caused by BT. I would not hesitate in recommending Nick and his team to anyone! Thank you

ICloud Telecom was referred to us by a reliable and trusted business already using them. The system has been a god send and seamless to getting it installed! There was no downtime and everything was managed by Nick. The system works so well for us as we have 3 engineers in the field who need to contact customers regularly and as we can now call via mobile and display our business number, it means we can keep all our calls in one place and the best part is we can now listen back to calls for quality control. One feature we absolutely loved was the personalised on hold marketing and night service...call us and you'll see for yourselves! The full experience right from the beginning has been nothing short of perfect. We were always kept in the loop and the training at the end for the handover was clear and digestible. iCloud telecom services has been a great addition to my business The Parade tea rooms. The company goes above and beyond their duties to help us if we ever had any problems in understanding the system. Nick provided great training for my 30+ staff members over two different sites and has such patience with those who weren't up together with new technology. He arranged numerous meetings to talk through in depth how we wanted everything to be, and it has definitely topped my expectations. The whole system has made our working life a lot easier, which now we couldn't be without. I would definitely recommend iCloud telecom to everyone.

Having recently moved from rented serviced-offices to owner occupied offices, I was a little nervous about dealing directly with telcom suppliers as I'd heard and read about some bad experiences. Nick instantly put me at ease with his enthusiasm for my business and his ability to find a solution that was bespoke for my needs. I had spoken with other suppliers but compared to Nick, they were all sales and not a lot of understanding my business. Nick took the time to sit down with me in my office and give live demonstrations of the phones and the mobile app, explaining it in simple terms so it was easy to understand how the technology works. The lead time from order to activation was very quick and everything was installed and working for my first morning in the new offices. I called Nick on day one to say that the network wiring needed to be changed (my fault as I changed the office layout slightly) and he was out that afternoon putting everything right. I can't recommend iCloud Telecom enough - one very happy customer!
