Template didn't match the actual labels [seal]. I tried several renditions and it wouldn't line up. The top rows were out of whack to a different orientation than the bottom ones so it wasn't a matter of just moving everything down [or up] and over. Total mess. Will either purchase printed labels or make my own template depending on how much time I have. This was a total waste of time and money!

Completely unusable: purchased to print signs for a school function and couldn't get past the "loading" pop up to actually print anything. Help feature is useless as it just says nonstop loading message is due to excessive numbers of pages to print, etc. I was trying to print one page with four letters.
Will be returning to store.

I was able with a great deal of time to print what I needed. Website instructions not overly clear. Worst of all, the security is the worst. I received an email documentiing my password!!!! F-

I never even got to the point of being able to use the program. I heard 30 min +of what a wonderful program it is and was unable to ever access the actual program. I don't have the time to listen to more info and not be able to access the information for my use. Sounded simple and fast but not so.

I would give this company a minus 5 stars if possible. Total frustration. I've never had such difficulties with templates. I could not save and print... there was no online support etc!

Horrendous program. I have been working for 3 hours and I keep loosing my work. You can't reach anyone and their is zero technical support. A complete waste of time and money.

Horrific template program. I'm a savvy computer user and couldn't get my design to save or print. What am I supposed to do with these labels if I can use the template. A complete waste of money.

Ok so talk about NOT user friendly. I've printed many labels before using another label brand. No problems.
My labels printed ok the first couple rows than gradually printed off the label, so 1/2 the page of labels are not usable!
Will never buy these again. What a waste of money.

if they had a zero star that is what I would give. Program is THE WORST! What should have taken 5 minutes to typeset a sticker (yes just a sticker) took 3 hours and assistance from their help because they couldn't do it either. HAD TO PLACE EACH OF THE 20 TEXT BOXES INDIVIDUALLY. NEVER AGAIN ...and I am going to staples to get my money back.

This new program is terrible! Way to many instructions to go through for such a simple program! So disappointed! The other program 2017-18 was so much easier to navigate! The program will not allow me to add any text! My whole grad class had no certificates because of this problem! Not recommended!

If I could give a lower rating I would. I am a relatively able computer user and have mastered even mail merge with a feed from excel but the simplest function on iclicknprint.com was so frustrating I just went to Word and kept playing around with sample spacing until it worked on the labels I bought. What a waste of time.

This website is absurd and down right diabolical. It makes not sense, you have to spend an hour digging around to figure out where the design and merge online software is for the product you want to print.

Then.....It spins, and spins,and spins,and spins,and spins,and spins,and spins,and spins,and spins,and spins,and spins,and spins,and spins,...,

Must have spun for 20 minutes before I had to navigate away from the site.

Product is not found on Microsoft so don't bother with a mail merge to make your life any easier. The website gives your instructions, but come one, how ridiculous is this, they have to show you some type of work around when the company could take an ounce of effort and align its labels and other print materials with Microsoft.

Find another solution.

Website is down just when I need it most. Crappy.

I purchased the certificate parchment paper from a stationer and was impressed with the notion of a free online tool. As a corporate trainer presenting certificates were 'as' important as the course itself. It was the last contact with the participants. The process was simple, convenient and professional. I presented my certificates in document pockets and the feedback was awesome. I would not use anything else!!!

Purchased certificates from Geographics and used iclicknprint to customize and print. It was fast, smooth and cheap.
