After more then one week waiting on it the item still didn't arrive.

Placed my order for a sweater and a sweatshirt and received an email confirming that the items were shipped within a few hours. I live in northwestern British Columbia and my order arrived in seven business days. The Icelandic wool sweater fits perfectly and feels and looks fantastic. The sweatshirt is warm and comfortable not to mention looks great as well. Definitely worth the price and will be buying from this company again.

The clothes are very high quality.
I am concerned about one of the sweaters I purchased as I look like a linebacker on top and the bottom is tighter than I wanted. I think their policy for returns/exchanges are good so I may go that route. The shipping was SO FAST! All and all, great experience.

Purchased the Oslo and Bergen sweaters. Excellent quality and design. Sincerely appreciate the expediency in which my orders have been received, processed, and delivered.

Die Firma Iceware ist reinste Abzocke!! Die Abbildungen haben einen dicken Pullover vermittelt. Bei Rücksendung bekam ich von den ursprünglichen 158 Euro ....84 Euro zurück! Lächerlich... PS Die Pullover werden in China produziert!

Ich bekam leider nicht den richtigen Pullover geliefert.
Nachdem ich eine Mail an den Support geschrieben habe,wurde mir sehr unkompliziert angeboten,dass mir ohne gesonderte Rechnung der richtige Pullover geliefert wird.Fas ganze ging innerhalb von einer Woche über die Bühne und ich halte jetzt glücklich den richtigen Wollpullover in der Hand.

Disappointed with Icewear, they were unwilling to change size despite being notified immediately. Also I was charged for return postage of the item although I had paid for this myself. Response was very poor. I have bought many items in the past, but given this experience, will not be purchasing from them again.1

Der Pullover schaut auf den ersten Blick gut aus. Aber nachdem ich ihn ein paar Mal getragen habe, gibt es starkes Pilling. Die Wolle ist qualitativ miserabel, mit gutem Material passiert das nicht. Auf meine Reklamation kommt auch nach zwei Wochen keine Reaktion. Jetzt hab ich nur die Option, den Pullover auf eigene Kosten zurück zu schicken. Aber dann ist das Geld und der Pullover weg.

The first sweater was fine, 100% wool, but with the second, I only realized it was largely made from nylon. I don't care for plastics, so I returned it and paid for the return shipping myself. When it came to the refund, though, they deducted both the cost of the original shipping as well as the return shipping as if they would pay for it themselves. So in the end they charged me 70 EUR for the shipping to EU, and returned less than the price of the sweater. Unacceptable.

Bin enttäuscht von der Qualität der Ware. Wusste vorher auch nicht, dass die Ware in China und sonst wo produziert wird und nicht in Island, sonst hätte ich so eine teure Jacke niemals bei Icewear bestellt.

je viens de recevoir les 2 pulls achetés sur ce site pour un prix conséquent. Quelle déception ! ils ne sont pas du tout épais, leur laine et leur fabrication n'ont rien à voir avec le pull que je m'étais acheté en Islande. Ils ne sont pas du tout super chauds comme je le pensais. Bref à ne pas refaire

Leider nicht in sehr enttäuschender Einkauf. Die Jacke Eyjafjallajökull zeigt minderwertige Qualität. Der Pelzkragen ist total schief vernäht, die Daunen/Feder-Füllung unzureichend. Ganz dünn, keineswegs für den Winter zum Warm halten. Und schon garnicht für einen Winter in Island. Man gibt viel Geld aus für Versand und Jacke, für nichts.
Selbst die Jacke weiter zu verkaufen, dass kann man niemanden zumuten, wäre eine weitere Abzocke.
Lieber Finger davon lassen.

Bought a parka online. Delivery by DHL was fast. Item left Iceland Wednesday afternoon, delivered in The far North of Scotland on Thursday evening. Lovely parka Well impressed

Ein Pullover von ICEWEAR aus ISLAND habe ich mir wärmer vorgestellt.
Sehr grobmaschig, dünn und luftdurchlässig. Der taugt fuern deutschen Sommer an lauen Winternaechten, aber ganz sicher nicht für nen Winter in Island.
Und die komplizierte Rücksendung ist natuerlich fuern A...

I just got the Funi jacket that is wind proof & water resistant plus filled with down. I normally wear a women’s xl but this jacket is unisex. I was reluctant to order a medium based on the size chart but it fits perfectly. And if needed I can add a layer underneath it. It is very well made & it was worth the expense. I love it.

Went to the store in Vik on Sept 9th. Purchased a blanket, three sheepskins, a sweater and 2 small items. The blanket and sheepskins were to be shipped to me (I paid shipping and even for the bags). Received the blanket, but no skins. I have emailed customer service three times (first time Sept 29) and have not had any response to my requests for my skins.

Ordered at 8pm Monday 18th. Delivered 1.30pm Wednesday 20th. A fair price for the quality and design. Very pleased. Will use again.

Extremes Pilling der Pullover. Herstellung nicht in Island. Horrende Versandkosten. 33€. Rücksendungen kosten auch noch extra. Alles ziemlich kundenunfreundlich.
