I would put 0 stars if possible! These people are good. The presentation was great made sense. You work small as not regular person can afford to pay thousands of dollars for tasks and everything is good until day 5 when they pay you your supposed salary into your task account which you immediately get all of these combo task and want you to recharge your task account thousands of dollars leading to tens of thousands of dollars. I am upset I didn't read the reviews first because if you stop before the 5th day you could actually get them for a few hundred dollars I was at almost 800 then on the 5th day they paid my salary into my task account taking me to 5k within the 13th task wanting 10k to continue. I only lost $1800 but it literally was all I had! Please do not waist your time! Or do and quit on the 4th day.

I also would give a zero but there is none. The trainer lures you in by telling how much money you can make on the platform but neglects the real info. I got scammed for 5900.00 then they actually wanted me to put in another 10,100.00 claiming I needed that to compete my tasks I could withdraw it all however that was the 4th task in the same group of 40 tasks. Not sure I'll get anywhere but I have filed a complaint.

I would give it zero stars but that is not an option. This is a scam. They just took me for 5k on their platform. Do not do business with them.

While I may not be the most technically inclined when it comes to technical optimization, everything was crystal clear during our initial meeting, and that clarity continues to this day. I initially considered a one-year collaboration, but I am now certain that I will extend our cooperation further due to the excellent experience I've had with them.

Don't believe the positive reviews they are bought or by the company itself, read further to find the true experience of these thieves.
ICEA is just a bunch of lazy scammers trying to make money and get paid for doing absolutely jack. The initial presentation is impressive with great tips on where improvements can be made but that's where it stopped.
The content they were supposed to be writing was horrible, it showed they had no knowledge of what it was they were trying to write about, just a collection of coloquial words that didn't make sense. They claim to be american but are defintely Indian based and so the languague used is Indian english with words used from 18th century.
I cancelled my contract with them as I was not happy with the content and had to do a lot of rewriting.
On the SEO side is where I have the biggest regrets. They have created backlinks to a whole bunch of indian sites and in one case had over 30 backlinks from the same site just different URLs. I am spending more time trying to get rid of these backlinks that are doing more harm than good.
When I wrote to them they claimed anyone could have created the back links.
Avoid, avoid avoid.
Now that you have chat GPT just use that instead of these thieves.

Poor quality of work and content created doesn't make sense. Lack of communication and for the amount they charge monthly you would expect more than they provide. Mostly just a fancy report on what they plan to do. Did not increase any traffic to my website over 5 months of scam and actually created me more work and stress. They claim to be an American company but they are not.

I got a sales call from a Polish gentlemen who was delightful. He spent 90 minutes on the phone telling me all the great things ICEA group could do for me. That's where the positive experience ended.

Within 1 week, I could tell this was going to be a nightmare.

The quality of work was at the level of a third-grader: spelling mistakes, extremely poor grammar, and redundant phrasing. It was embarrassingly poor. And they wanted to write blog posts on my behalf! When I said, "No, please don't; I'll write them for you," they said, "It's against our policy." I asked where they would be posting these horribly crafted essays and they said... wait for it... "It's against our policy to tell you." Seriously?

The technical team wasn't fluent in my website architecture, so my IT guy had to implement all of the updates himself. Essentially, they were just advising me to implement (by myself) their utterly deplorable supposedly keyword-optimized writing into my website.

After 1 week, I tried to get out of the contract, stating that their developers weren't actually doing anything, and they refused. I tried several times and they said basically, "You're stuck with us for 3 months."

I am beyond disgusted with this company.

My "project manager", based somewhere in India, was in a different time zone which meant our awake hours overlapped by 2 hours each morning. This meant, anytime I had an inquiry, I had to wait 24 hours to get a message back from her saying "I will check with the team" and then wait another 24-48 hours to hear back from her with a cut-and-pasted message in poor English (sometimes to the point where I couldn't actually understand it. So then I'd have to inquire further and it would take another 2-3 days to get a response.

Don't let their chipper voices and smarmy "you will be so pleased, my friend" emails fool you. This company's product is utter garbage and possibly a scam.

Oh, and my site has dropped in ranking since working with them. I have less business than when I started.

Absolute garbage.

First of all, the monthly character count and backlinking begin in month 2. Month 1 is for the "audit", which is a standard PDF dashboard document where many items are marked as checked (image optimization, headline, etc.) when the website shows zero activities.

The written content that is eventually produced is just horrible. For example, I sell men's products and they continuously refer to females' and competitors' products. The work is usually done at the end of the month right before the next month's billing. They have a 3-month termination notice, so you are stuck with them. I've spent so much time on conference calls with them telling me about how they will correct their mistakes and do great future work, which never comes.

It's simple, every time they touched my website, my conversion rates immediately dropped because of how poor the content produced is (it's about scam-level quality).

Lastly, they pretend to be NY-based when the staff is either in eastern Europe or India.

It might be the worst professional experience I ever had.

This company is horrible, like leeches , they bind you with contract. I tried to discontinued due to the sudden unexpected budget change in my business , told representative, but they keep calling and try to collect money.
Horrible experience. I will not go back to their service because of how poorly they handled the situation .
And for the amount of monthly payment they bind you with, they only communicate out of normal business hours , for the same money, you can hire much better local smaller company who will better communicate with you .

The absolute worst experience i've ever had with a company.
The initial pitch went quite well so I decided to go ahead with a 3 month trial. That's when things went downhill rapidly.
The contract was littered with mistakes and typos, I pointed this out and it was still not resolved. They made issues with the pricing which meant I had to go through it again.
Next up was the onboarding, really unclear excels which didn't really dig into anything about my company. I was assigned a 'project manager' who assured me i'd have a clear few of the monthly tasks/deliverables that would be worked on.
It only got worse from then, any time I asked for a view on what was being done I was referred to an extremely vague '9 month plan' that didn't really tell me anything. When I challenged this and asked for what I needed to review/provide input on/approve, I was simply ignored, whatsapp messages to the PM were also ignored. She just came back with excuses that there were email issues and she had lost her phone. After 2 weeks i'd had enough, I sent a termination based on the gross incompetence and revoked all access. For some reason this hasn't sunk in, they continue to tell me they are working on this despite not having access or providing any visibility of what they are doing/what's been done. Numerous calls, texts and requests for management feedback to the PM (Anjali) are simply disregarded.
Do not use this company, it's a truly shambles
