A very nice and professional person helped me and my eldery aunt to source temporary accommodation after she had had a flood and her property was inhabitable.

Natalie quickly organised our hotel accommodation and later arranged a short-term rental property so we had somewhere suitable to stay while the work on our home is being carried out. Throughout the process she kept us informed and handled everything with professionalism, efficiency and genuine care.
Having someone so organised and supportive managing these arrangements made a very stressful situation much easier for us.

ICAB have been very been very helpful and communicative. As soon as they were tasked with my job they called to check requirements and then found me a place very locally to where I live that was convenient for me and my elderly mother. The company were tasked finding me suitable accommodation for my family and dog after my insurance company said I needed to move from my property while they investigate and fix a ceiling leak. 30 mins after I was asked to wave icab phoned me and arranged a travelodge for the same evening. When I emailed and said I need self catering they got to work looking for air bnb. I have had nothing but a positive experience with them
They sorted out everything even to a deposit with my insurance company for the Airbnb. They listened and acted on my needs. Having to leave home suddenly is stressful and locating temporarily is stressful but the communication and the way they responded very quickly really has helped. Thank you.

Jack Nolan at ICAB has been exceptional. When my 82-year-old mother was forced out of her home for six months following a devastating flood, we were overwhelmed. From the outset, Jack brought calm, clarity and control to what felt like an unmanageable situation.
Securing suitable short-term accommodation for that length of time is far from straightforward. Throughout the process, Jack was consistently professional, responsive and highly organised. More importantly, he demonstrated genuine patience and empathy, taking the time to ensure my mother felt supported and understood at every stage.
Once we identified a property, he worked tirelessly with the letting agent to ensure everything was completed on schedule. He anticipated issues before they arose, kept us fully informed, and ensured the move-in happened on time. His communication was clear, proactive and reassuring.
In a period that was deeply stressful for our family, Jack provided stability and confidence. ICAB should be proud to have someone of his calibre representing them. I would not hesitate to recommend both Jack Nolan and ICAB.

We had an insurance claim which required our bathroom to be stripped out and refitted. Having a mobile bathroom (pod) supplied by icab meant we could remain at home with minimal disruption. The unit we were given had a shower, WC, a small basin and radiator. The hot water tank provided more than enough water for four people to shower. Only minor issue was the WC did need multiple flushes to ensure waste was carried away by the macerator.
Overall very happy. Definitely worth making use of a pod from icab, if the need arises.

We needed temporary accommodation following water damage in our home caused by a burst pipe.
Our Insurance company asked ICAB to source this which they did and negotiated the lease with the letting agents.
Throughout this process we dealt with the same person at ICAB, Vaish, who kept us informed throughout and was very patient answers all our queries, always returning calls and replying to emails explaining the procedure and progress which made our journey in this less stressful, Thank you

I needed accommodation after a flood in my house. Rosie was the kindest lady ever in this difficult time. The stress of finding somewhere to short term rent a few days before christmas felt impossible but through hard work Rosie did it. Everytime I spoke to her I felt very calm and she delivered on time.
We also had rental furniture sorted through this organisation and they were brilliant too. Thank you everyone for your hard work.
