Reliable service if you don't have possibility to setup swiss bank account to receive payments from employer.
I have been using it for the last 3 years.

Extremely fast! The support is super nice if you have questions. And the rates are simply the best, specially for large transfers.

Good exchange rates (though they lose a star for not being quite as good as some online services, but far better than most Swiss or French banks) and the automation is smooth and fast.

I'm with Ibani for 2 years now and I can't find any bad thing to say. They're great, they're unbeatable from a CHF->EUR conversion/fees rate, and the whole process is transparent, what could you expect more?

Part of the early adopter of IBANI in 2018, I'm still using this service 5 years after.
By building all my cross boarder money transfers around IBANI, I saved several thousands CHF of fees.
I recently adopted the invoice payment option proposed by IBANI which allowed me to close my legacy Swiss account and save another bunch of fees.
I definitively recomand IBANI.

Smart to open, very symple to use and fast to change money! Excellent and Helpful. Recommended to everyone!!!

Yeah they request all sorts of documents only to send an email titled "oops! We are not yet available in your country". It is already clear what country you are from in the begining. Wise decision is not to send every document before making sure it works for you!

After they collect all my documents including selfie with id, they sent me an e-mail info that their service is not available in my country, which is a EU country by the way. I think they are lying and only collecting documents for other purpose. After all they send me another email and they blame the coronavirus situation for that....wth....Stay away!

Happy about this choice of transfert.
Maybe a little video tutorial for people like me that are not used to this kind of transfer.
Made only one transfert (€->CHF) at this day, but was very smooth and quite quick (did it on the evening, was complete around 11am the next day).

I'll review if I have anything to say after more transfert :)

Un tuto pour les gens qui ne sont pas habitués à ce genre de transfert peut-être?
Transfert rapide, effectué en début de soirée, finalisé le lendemain vers 11h.
Un seul transfert effectué à ce jour (€->CHF), je reviendrai sur ma note si j'ai quelque chose à ajouter.
