Title: Beware of i4-muzique / i4studio.nl : A Disastrous Experience
I am writing this review as a cautionary tale to anyone considering doing business with 4studio.nl/ i4-Muzique. My personal experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of them.
Initially, I decided to trust i4studio.nl/ i4-Muzique because I knew the owner from his previous work at Baxshop, where he had provided me with good discounts on high-quality gear. Unfortunately, this trust turned out to be misplaced.
I purchased an expensive sound speaker from i4studio.nl/ i4-Muzique , which stopped working after just one year. I sent the speaker back for repairs, and when it was returned, the delivery person left it inside my apartment building, where it was subsequently stolen. When I contacted the company, they claimed the delivery person was no longer with the post service company and promised to investigate. However, they did nothing, stopped responding to my emails, and ignored my numerous phone calls.
Despite my efforts, the situation remains unresolved after a year. Seeking legal advice, I discovered that i4studio.nl/ i4-Muzique lacks agreements with customer protection agencies in the Netherlands, rendering me helpless due to the small claim amount. When I pleaded for a resolution, the company continued to ignore my messages.
Upon checking Trustpilot, I found a plethora of negative reviews from others who had fallen victim to i4studio.nl/ i4-Muzique deceitful practices. It seems I am not alone in my disappointment, and many others have been scammed by this company.
In conclusion, I implore you to stay away from i4studio.nl/ i4-Muzique and opt for reputable companies with better customer support and protection. This company appears to be a scam, and it wouldn't be surprising if they were to rebrand and continue their unscrupulous activities. Save yourself the trouble and choose businesses with a proven track record of honesty and reliability.
