Purchased Acer USB TYPE C DOCK III with Power Cord GP.DCK11.007-A05 from I-Tech. The dock works perfectly, the delivery was super-fast. The customer service is very friendly and helpful, they respond very quickly. Thank you!

I've bought from i-tech a few times, now, and the experience has always been quite smooth: items delivered on time, as expected, and without any issues. They have a huge range, and they do not stock junk.

The product was as described, and very well made. Easy assembly and usable with default settings. Quick delivery, ordered on Tuesday in Sydney and arrived in Monbulk Victoria on the same Friday. Product great for extending Wi-Fi on a large property.

Rapid delivery of a well-priced item (laptop sleeve). I have purchased from I-Tech for a number of years and have always been satisfied with their service.

ITech is my first choice for computer hardware products because they provide a good product range, a great on-line experience and reasonable prices. The Dell monitor I just purchased was a great price with fast delivery, just like my previous purchases.

Great product for $80 less than Dell themselves. It wasn't in stock, but the communication from the sales team was excellent, including direct emails. It arrived when they said it would.

I recently bought a Dell 27” monitor from I-Tech. Price was very competitive, the delivery was received within a week (which is difficult at the moment) and it all works exactly as expected.

Bought a Kensington Expert Mouse (trackball) but it never worked. Can't review at the moment but so far I-Tech are in the middle of rectifying the situation. Not looking good for the product but I-Tech seem to be clearing it all up. Cheers

I ordered and payed a wd 20tb Hard Disk on 10 Nov. according to theyr webside - 2 days delivery - since then the eta was moved forward and forward and forward - we now at the eta end of december, I-tech does not answer any contact attemps at all.

Payment process was simple and the turnaround time for Processing and shipping my order was very quick.
The product was well packed and I was up and running in 3hrs.

Great price for some USB Drives, Items were dispatched promptly and the items arrived in good order.

A smooth and simple process to order a high quality monitor arm (Adtec AWM-AD 618mm monitor arm (it's ace!)) at an excellent price, and have it delivered. Very happy with the whole experience and would be very happy to buy from this company again : )
