Great company, great service.
Wonderful company run by human beings! Truly!! They are so helpful. One person, Ted, especially so. As a private individual, not a business, I had such a small order but they gave me far more help than I could expect from a shop. I needed parts for ducting my portable Air Cons out through the wall but simply didn't understand how they would all fit together, Ted solved all the problems for me, even when it turned out the parts that had come with my Air Con units were not exactly standard! Fast delivery too and good prices. Cannot fault them (they're also huge fun to deal with!)

Technical issue on 12 year old product - fixed
Had a technical issue for which suggested solutions were offered - on a 12 year old product! The zero cost solution worked & fixed it. As a backup, the second solution, offering a replacement for part of the product, would also have worked but was not needed.
Really good customer service for a product still marketed, showing long term commitment to support.

This was a picking error by our fulfilment company, which resulted in the wrong size of ducting being sent to you.
I understand from the fulfilment company that a member of their team has already spoken to you by phone to explain the situation and to apologise for their error.
We would like to take this opportunity to offer our sincere apologies on behalf of the fulfilment company for the incorrect item being delivered.
I completely appreciate how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been, particularly when you were expecting to receive the correct product. We always strive to provide the highest level of service, so I am very sorry that we fell short on this occasion.
Upon reviewing the order, I can see that we attempted to resolve the issue by offering to send a replacement on the next working day AM delivery. Unfortunately, our daily dispatch cut-off time had expired, and the couriers had already collected all consignments for that day, meaning we were unable to arrange a same-day dispatch.
I can also see that, following your discussion with my colleague, you requested a full refund rather than a replacement, and I can confirm that this has now been processed.
Please accept my sincere apologies once again for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. We genuinely value your business and hope that, despite this experience, you will give us the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
