Loving my experience so far

Sinista made the integration of Hyros with my business so simple and easy. Loved the fact it was 1:1 and I felt like a valued customer. Seamless Setup and Outstanding Support

Vlad and Francisco got us set up incredibly quickly and were super supportive throughout the process. I'd like to give a big shoutout to Vlad!

We had some unusual tracking setup issues and he was super quick to help and very thorough. Got the issue sorted within the week.

He also happily answered many questions unrelated to the issue, within the process, which honestly helped make better use of Hyros on the day to day.

Hyros

Hyros has been a huge improvement for our business in understanding where our leads and revenue truly come from.

We run a call funnels with multiple channels. Salespeople, setters, organic traffic, and paid ads. Hyros was the only solution we found that could accurately track all of this in one dashboard and clearly show which channels generate real booked calls and sales.

One of the biggest advantages for us was seeing how much value organic traffic actually brings. Hyros gave us clear insight into which leads come from which sources, allowing us to focus on the channels that truly matter.

Also, the Hyros Chrome extension for Ads Manager is a real game changer. It shows exactly which ads generate booked calls and revenue, not just leads. Because of this, we can now optimize campaigns for final conversions and sales, not just lead or scheduled call conversions.

The support experience was excellent. My dedicated support person, Sinisa Zivic, helped with the full tracking setup, integrations, and communication between systems. He was always available, clear, and proactive, joining Zoom calls whenever needed to make sure everything was set up correctly. The fact that he speaks Serbian made the process even smoother.

Overall, Hyros stands out not only because of its tracking capabilities but also because of its high-quality customer support. Huge thanks to Sinisa Zivic and the Hyros team.

I’ve had a great experience working with Hyros.

Their team has always been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I needed support. They really know what they’re doing, and it shows in the results. The level of knowledge across their team is impressive, and they take the time to help you actually understand what’s going on, not just point you to documentation.

Hyros has played a big role in improving our tracking and overall performance, and I genuinely enjoy working with them. Solid product, great people, and an awesome support team. We were able to successfully scale our ad budget by 250% without seeing any dips in performance. Even before increasing ad spend, we saw performance improve by roughly 20–35% within the first few weeks.

Great onboarding experience. UI is really sleek and informative. Only a user for a few weeks but their website is already going through improvements and new features. Looking forward to see ad performance improve and optimize ad spend based on data.

Solved our tracking issues with Hyros

We had an issue with conversion tracking for our custom built website. Nothing actually worked, while we tried to setup server-side conversion tracking, as we have a lot of scripts, that were in the conflict with GTM containers. Also GA4 didn't provide us accurate stats. So we decided to try Hyros, and their team helped us to setup the tracking, that is accurate and gives us the full understanding of what works and what doesn't in our ads strategies. Carlos Aragon is frequently helping us with any issues we may face, providing the instructions and explanations. Their support team often responds rapidly without the need to wait weeks for the solution. Yes, the service is pricey, but it really worth it.

Best tracking software out there, period!

I have been using hyros for several years now and has been an absolute game changer for my business!

In fact, I even see this today, yesterday META was showing way more positive results on 1 campaign then reality - without Hyros you would have scaled that campaign (BAD DECISION) - now I know which campaign to hold and scale!

This is extremely important when you have a longer attribution window - but even with a short window, META (and other adplatforms)are most of time not accurate!
So Hyros is actually an investment that pays itself back 10x or more with enough scale. This shows that in 2026 and beyond you need hyros.

But that is not all:
-Fantastic support, great onboarding, loom video's, zoom calls when you need to implement something technical, like matching it with a Dutch payment system. (shoutout to Jocelyn).

-Constant updates and new helpful features - it's almost like TESLA software. Hyros 6 months ago is completely different then now!

-Super easy - I just love the fact that I can track per category revenue - you now what your funnels are doing, your front-end is doing and your back-end is doing. And that over a very long period, there is no limit to attribution window.

One thing that would be cool and wouldn't surprise that they actually will implement this.

It would be pretty cool to have some sort of Hyros AI Coach that gives you recommendations at a adplatform level - example, last 7 days campaign A is doing ROAS 3+ - consider scaling it with ___ and this based all the know-how they have, to go beyond the standard META suggestions of Google suggestions.

So that the AI coach actually really knows your account, your value ladder etc.

Best tracking software out there, period!
