Leasing a car from Hyrdon has been a deeply disappointing experience. Over the 2 years, their communication and service have been consistently poor. At one point, I was suddenly informed that I had to store the winter tires myself and pay extra for, something that was never agreed upon.
Reaching my contact person was nearly impossible, and their support team took months to respond to even the simplest inquiries. When returning the car, every minor sign of normal usage was classified as damage, resulting in unjustified extra charges of EUR 4.500,- When I disputed this, they suddenly claimed that a mouse had been in the car and that the brakes were faulty. Issues that were never mentioned during the return inspection and that I did not recognize at all.
While I was still trying to negotiate a resolution, they had already handed the matter over to a debt collection agency. Hyrdon clearly does not care about its customers or the agreements they make. They are primarily a car trading company, and leasing seems like an afterthought.
I would strongly advise against leasing a car from Hyrdon.
