Not sure how to put this, but sorry, to be honest, Payon**r is much more simple, less complicated and faster.

Worst experience so far

Worst experience so far, they are a bunch of thieves that is looking for free money. Never invest your funds with them, or else you will lose everything. I have learned my lesson the hard way. I know #Crop#Mines.........# to be the best and secure place to invest and assures good returns without any delay.

This system is a SCAM

I'm using this CRAP as it was imposed on me by 99designs.com. It supposed to be automatic payout platform but it is NEVER predictible. You can receive your payout request today or within the next 4 days.

The customer support is a joke, actually it is missing.

Don't use this JUNK platform if you can choose a different one.

Worked for me :)

Can only tell of my experience but all was good. Had a wallet credit with a company which I wanted to transfer into my bank account. They use Hyperwallet. Checked on Trustpilot to see if trustworthy & was worried by reviews. However, as it's part of Paypal, I took the risk & transferred credit into my PayPal account. I then transferred into my bank account. Credit was instant. Hence 5 stars :)

Oh boy

Oh boy, where to start. Account is constantly locked due to suspected fraud. I've been waiting three months for an unlock. This clinical trial pays well, so I kind of want to pursue it. How bad do I really need that $300 bucks?

Worst Service Ever. Stay Far Away.

Because of 1 single typo (by the company paying me), I have spent MONTHS, not weeks - months trying to get my $200. Their “payment coordinator” told me to contact Hyperwallet about their sh*t website not working. Several weeks of back and forth missed calls, in the end, Hyperwallet insisted “they couldn’t help me - I had to call the paying company back.” When I did (over several weeks) I finally reached the highest person in charge (the Stipend & Reconciliation Specialist) who after all this told me “I’ll have to reach out to *My Hyperwallet Contact* to see what they can do.” All this because something was off by one number. A month more of phone tag and I was asked to set up my Hyperwallet account (from scratch) a third time. I tried, but no browser on my cell phone seemed compatible (Safari, Firefox, DuckDuckGo.) So I downloaded Chrome - nope, still couldn’t sign in. Downloaded Brave - nope, still couldn’t sign in. Attempt after attempt coupled with frustrating phone calls and voicemail messages over many more weeks and somehow, (because I don’t have a working laptop right now and told them to issue me a d*mn check) today *by some miracle* — out of nowhere — I successfully signed in. And not only sign in, but wasn’t stopped by error after error. Found myself entering checking account routing info (I’m shocked!) Would give 0 stars or - negative stars if I could. But I don’t have the money yet, so we’ll see. My opinion of the company I was working with has plummeted based on the very poor performance and even worse service by Hyperwallet.

Total crapfest!

Sounds like a total scam! Cults3d have decided to work with Hyperwallet for larger payments. However, Hyperwallet provides no info on how to activate account and have no real means of online communications without an activated account which basically forces you into an infinity loop. Meanwhile I still haven't received my money!

Worst payment provider ever

Worst payment provider ever, no innovation at all. Denying company documents without even specifying a reason, even though it's exactly the ones they officially asked for. The only contact method they have is calling a phone number during their open hours and the year is 2025, would not surprise me if they tell me to fax my documents to their office.

This is supposed to be a mordern company, by paypal on of the biggest payment companies in the world, yet they can not implement a simple contact solution that takes 1hour to implement from a 3rd party, or even have a contact email.

Would never trust them to keep my money for me.

Abhorrent fees and zero service

A client has been using Hyperwallet for a few years, but recently (last year) the fees for their transactions have skyrocketed. Hundreds of dollars for a single transaction of around 7000 USD for instance. I have been trying to get in touch with their support for weeks now with zero result.

Your money is not secure

I had $500 dollar paid through Hyperwallet and $344 were stolen, let the money on the card for a awhile and when I realized that the money wasn't there I reported it and they won't refund the money because I didn't reported sooner. I reported on BBB and their response was the same. This company has not customer service priority they don't have your back. If you are thinking you used them as a payment processor think it twice. The fact that someone can access a card that hasn't been used anywhere said it all.

Money stolen

I had I payment of $500 on a card that wasn't used anywhere and $344 were stolen and spend in Hong Kong. I didn't noticed right away because I was waiting to complete the job to withdraw all the money, When I realized thet the money was gone I contacted them and file all the necessary paperwork, Waited for the 60 days they said it will take to get the money back but nobody even email me back, Numerous calls and not a clear answer, 5 months later they informed me the denied my claim becasue I didn't file the claim on timely manner. This company is penalizing me for their weak security, someone was able to transfer money from a card the was never used and they are not taking responsibility. If you have money there or are using them as a payment processor be aware your money is not secure.

Great Experience, Loved It

I don't understand all the negative ratings at all. I transferred the reward that was waiting for me on their platform so easily to my bank, it was a total breeze for which I'm very grateful. I'd much rather have the money in my bank than have to deal with the hassle of a Visa or MC gift card.

SCAM

SCAM. Rejecting verificatuin again and again, this is acting for purpose. To not give you acces to your account and money. Ive sent the all necessary Government tax documents and invoices necessary for address verification. One by one this was jejected as not valid. Evidence that they are doing it for purpose and scamming people, that they are rondomly rejecting your documents. Prelviously my ID scan was ok, and now they randomly rejecting even these documents. Avoid this service if you dont want to be scammer ald lost your nerves.
