The delivery from ParcelForce wasn’t great, tracking app not working but Hyperion wasn’t responsible for this problem.

Excellent online purchase
I bought some of the Ca'pietra tiles, I hadn't come across this website before but with a £10 discount and free postage it was so much cheaper than going directly to the supplier. Delivery was very quick and easy. The tiler loved working with the tiles, excellent quality.

I am really impressed with Hyperian Tiles.
They matched a slightly lower price I had seen when I ordered the tiles and the tiles were delivered within three working days.
When the tiles were delivered unfortunately one box had been damaged in transit and six tiles were unusable. I spoke to Richard, in their sales department and emailed a photo and the next day they have sent another box.
