Excellent rxperience

My cat has CKD, so I try to give him renal-friendly food and treats. This company offers Specific Healthy Treats" at a very fair price compared to most companies and they use Royal Mail rather than on of the big courier companies that give you a 4 hour time slot for delivery that they never meet. I am delighted with the product and by the aervice

Products arrived promptly.

Products arrived promptly and securely wrapped. I was kept well informed - from the easy order process through to when to expect my delivery. Each product was as described on website. Would recommend.

One star not your fault!!

One star not your fault!!
I received a message from Royal Mail two days ago saying that they had sent the package by mistake to "Warwick DO" instead of Cheltenham. It is supposed to be arriving today! We will see! I'm sorry to say that this is the sort of crap service I have been getting from the privatised Royal Mail. Please feel free to complain to Royal Mail or just avoid them altogether.
