Hypercleaning have ruined my carpets.
I’m having to go to small claims because they’ve come in to clean 6 of my rooms and ruined 3 of them. Because they’ve left them too wet after theyve cleaned, it has caused them to turn a browny colour and my whole house to smell awful! They are denying all responsibility

Fantastic service, our sofas, foot stall and rug look like brand new. You can see and smell just how clean they are and that great care was taken when cleaning them. Extremely efficient and friendly service, I highly recommend Hyper Cleaning

Fantastic Service and extremely friendly staff. They were extremely accommodating and sorted our carpet clean out in time for the arrival of our first baby. Adam was great and so professional. All rooms and stairs looked like new!

Had Adriano come to deep clean my mattress, what an amazing job and thoroughly nice guy, very knowledgeable and did a great job. Looks brand new and smells super fresh. Perfect service, 100% be getting them back to clean my sofa and carpets. Wouldn’t use anyone else

Recently had my stair carpets cleaned by Hyper Cleaning and was very impressed with them the guy was very friendly and helpful....once the carpet had dried I noticed the stains were still showing so contacted the company they sent the same guy back to re do the carpets free of charge...again he was extremely helpful and friendly and this time the stains have gone so even though the stains were still showing the first time they came back and rectified this and would recommend them and will be using this again

Do not use this company. Team turned up 90 mins early without any communication, proceeded to moan at me because they couldn't park, provided no explanation of why they were so early, and then literally drove off and didn't offer to come back and complete the job when I tried to explain that I couldn't accommodate them until the time booked. This is an appalling service and the team were extremely rude.
