Zero Customer Service

Having spent over £120,000 on a camper from this group, we were sure they would be helpful if any issues arose...How wrong!
In our experience, weather a small issue like the kitchen tap failing or larger issues like solar charging broken, we got absolutely no response whatsoever from Hymer.
After just a few months of ownership we were forced to try our own repairs or pay a dealership to do so.
They obviously just want to sell, sell, sell.
We would definately not buy from Hymer again.

A woeful attitude to customers

I have reached out to Hymer concerning warranty repairs that are not being progressed for over 12 months by their appointed dealership, Lowdhams of Nottingham. Hymer’s response is woeful to say the least given the faults are down to poor workmanship and materials in their manufacturing. I would not purchase another Campervan from them as they do not give a hoot about you once money has changed hands.

It is really annoying that Hymer…

It is really annoying that Hymer customer service department not working effectively and it seem that no one care about this hence order are placed from the customer.

One thing I do not understand if Hymer is really selling enough vehicles why they do not invest in their customer service department. Why do customer have to wait sometimes monthes and weeks to get an answer from this department.

If Hymer answer that they already have a big customer service department this mean
+ that it is either not big enough if this department cannot cope with load of the work or
+ this department ineffective or
+ they are working underload and they need assistance of more employee.

Customer do pay very big amounts to buy this brand and do like to have a minimum of respect from this company and not to be neglected as it is happing in the last period.

I am not sure if this company do have a marketing department whom their responsibility to control having a good image in the market.

Most of the companies or respective ones if big or small do have an active Hotline, why do Hymer hide this in a labyrinth of pages which make customer feel depressed while searching for this number.

Why a company hotline work in the year 2022 tell 12 o’clock only if the company is working tell a later time

Please do invest more of your revenue which we pay to you in having effective customer service if you care!!!
